On his Discord,
he said again that the update will be released next week.
Now, according to him,
so he's far from dead.
It's just that development is very poorly managed right now.
I hope that after the update, he'll listen to the people on his Discord and start uploading teasers from time to time to keep people calm.
He just lets everything fall on him because he has to give random dates.

You'd have to check discord as there hasn't been an update on his patreon account since Aug 29.

Another thing to keep in mind is that even if he releases a version this week, it still has to go through the tier releases(public release is generally 1 month after patreon unless it leaks early), so there is a lower chance you'd find it here that quickly.

Yooshi released the first part for testing today with just the new massage parlor stuff including the bath tub massages. Caught a few bugs that were reported. He's still polishing the other stuff but hopefully it'll be released within a couple weeks. The stuff added so far looks really good though, the female massage client is hot and Reya gets naked for the bath massages so lots of nice views there too.

I'm curious how much more content was added compared to his v7a release, which included massage parlor stuff. This was his last May update notice. Brian and Jeff were the primary two I generally focused on when working the normal parlor, so it'll be interesting to see where these new massages go.

So, I figured that releasing at least a part of the update to make the wait a bit easier for you would be a good idea.
(I forgot to change the pop-up message in the game menu before compiling. Please ignore it.)

Keep in mind this is only a small slice of version 0.7 (around 15–20%) and includes just two upgrades for the massage parlor.

The bath massage doesn’t have all the scenes yet - eventually, every client will have 1–2 scenes there. Right now, only Brian and Jeff have theirs.

The remaining scenes, along with the gym and gym-related content, will be added as soon as possible. I need to put everything together properly.

I also prepared animations for the bath massage, but I decided to replace them with static renders to save space. Let me know if you’d prefer them animated (though that would add about 2 GB to an already heavy game) or if I should leave them static - or maybe mix it up a bit. Jeff’s scenes are still animated, so you can see a preview.

The changelog will be released once version 0.7 is fully out.
Since this is an early partial release, it won’t become public after a month.

Let me know if you find any bugs.
Oh, and if you’d like to help out a bit, I’d really appreciate it if you could tell me which scenes are missing in the gallery - I’m sure there are some missing.
