I would convert it if I could, I do that for most of the 4K stuff I download, but this one doesn't work, the apps I've tried in my phone already load the video without image, when the conversion ends it's the same black screen with audio. If you have any specific app for android to recommend I'll try, because I don't use PC.

I did my thing again, I kept the videos I think are worth keeping, interpolated and reencoded (AV1, 1080p, 60FPS) and normalized and renamed them all.
This results in 4 video files of about 100 MiB.
PS: The originals were already AV1 and 30FPS and had a much higher resolution, so if you want that you should stick to the originals. On the other hand with the normalization you can now finally hear a damn thing.
