Glad to hear you enjoyed it! I put a lot of effort into the remake to make it the best I could.

A few people have asked if I could port over other Unity games into Renpy, and the short answer is no. Unfortunately it is a very time intensive project to do, so the game has to be something I'm really passionate about to want to spend months working on it, then keeping it up to date with each new release. For now at least, I'm just going to focus on the one.

Sorry for my delayed response; I just now say that you replied to my post. Thank you again for converting this game and making it actually playable for Mac uses (or at least this Mac user). I can only imagine how labor intensive this job was and I think all here appreciate your time and effort.

Sex with Reka in the hottub just doesn't make sense in the context of the game.

I thought about some ways as to how this scenario could play out. One idea was for Morty fuck Reka's asscheeks as an alternative finish option, as opposed to nutting in the water from the footjobs. Another was that Reka was actually not joking about Morty seeing her ass "in action". Morty would stick it in her ass, since Reka would be reserving her coochie for her boyfriend.

I've also been thinking about adding Tricia's (and maybe even Jessica's) angle of this segment. I'll probably make some art for them once I have the time to do it.

I'm glad you are enjoying it! Here is my own longer winded post about when the next update is likely. Again, as this is a remake of the Unity game, updates only happen when new content releases for the Unity version, and Ferdafs hasn't really given us a release date yet, just a vague 'soon'tm.

As for character dialog, I can't take all (or, even very much of, honestly) the credit for how the characters are written, that is primarily Ferdafs writing. While I have revised dialog throughout (I actually don't know how much I've changed at this point... I think a lot?), Ferdafs really did an great job of making many of the characters interesting (especially Tricia who has almost no base personality to work with from the source material).

I did do a bunch of work on Morticia as she is mostly a background character in the original so I have (again, I think, I'm not actually tracking how much I've changed/added to this version) significantly increased the amount of dialog she previous had.

In general I prefer story driven (porn) content, as an investment with the characters makes the *ahem* 'fun' moments much more enjoyable for me. That's the main reason I choose porn games over porn. (there we go, now that's long-winded!)

I love Morticia's character so much so thanks for writing that lol! But, yeah, I was thinking of the Tricia thing and it's incredible that a whole personality was built off her having a cross necklace in her original outfit (I actually never noticed it when watching the show). I'm gonna stop taking up space in this thread but I'm gonna say thank you one more time for working on this game

The Gravity Falls stuff was all added in by me and doesn't exist in the original. I've talked a bit about it before, but part of increasing Morticia's presence throughout the game was expanding her personality, and I based a lot of that dialog style off Mabel. Whenever I get to a section with Morticia, I have to think, what would Mabel do (WWMD) in this situation, and try and adjust the dialog accordingly (when I can).

In fact, here is a fun (?) sort of bonus thing (I guess? maybe...?). One of my first renpy test projects was a Gravity Falls game, but, uh... well my art sucks... so I didn't get very far (2 and a half scenes in). And I haven't worked on it for a long time... But, here is an image from the project that tells you almost nothing about it.

Got some potentially controversial requests for the list.

Morticia Truth-or-Dare footlicking extended - Timer goes off but Morty doesn't stop, just play the scene on for longer. Morty could comment on how wild it is that she let him indulge kink, while she thinks about how maybe she likes it too. Could include a choice about feet here - skip option means Morty feels uncomfortable and cuts it short, extended scene can play out otherwise.

Summer Bracelet scene - Mutual masturbation. Morty confronts summer to get points, they both jack off with dirty talk. If you wanted to do an image edit (I don't think it's necessary) you could maybe use morty's cock from the Beth shower masturbation scene. So... water sports/shit play in general is not really my thing (absolutely fine if you (or anyone) enjoys it, but not for me). For extras that I'm going to spend a lot of time working on, it has to be something I think fits in the game, and that I want to work on. And that is the issue here, this type of content simply isn't for me. If it's something I'm not into, there is no way I can give it my full effort and at best you would get a lackluster implementation, but more likely I wouldn't choose to work on it vs other things.

That being said, if it is something you really want to see in the game, you can always make a mod for it.

Still thank you for the suggestions! I'm not magic so I can't make everything happen. I can only do the things I can do, and I would rather be honest about the things I can't do, even if it is disappointing.

Morty is pretty alpha in this game compared to normal Morty so I see the appeal, even if normal Morty hustling hard every episode. This version of the game is much easier to play, you would not be missing out on much if you stuck to it over the original. Night Mirror's updates are pretty quick too, whenever the original updates he doesn't fuck around.

On a side note, R&M is back stronger than ever in its latest season, I highly recommend giving it a chance. If you want a fun time they have lots of new content to dig into, and if you want something to analyse they've done a lot of advancing the plot.

I've played original and It was a total mess (at the time, dunno how it looks like now), bugs, leftover code, pointless wandering and even though I really like the story I've given up on that.
Remake not only has everything base game has, it builds up on top of that and fixes some problems the original has. So I don't think there is a point of playing the og.

If you have never played the original I do honestly think it is worth a look (since it's 'free' here anyhow). While I have stated my dislike of the wandering mechanics (and lack of text skip (and difficulty to replay scenes (and no way to save mid scene (and no way to roll back (and numerous bugged scenes))))) in that game, the first time through they can be enjoyable (again, I liked it enough to remake the whole thing (or I'm just crazy and hate myself)). A lot of why this game even exists is because Ferdafs did such a good job with some aspects of the game (and... a less good job with other parts (and no, this version isn't perfect either, but I feel it at least fixes many of the issues in the original)).

Also some dialog and characters are different, so you may (or may not) enjoy the Unity version more (Morticia is almost a completely different character here than she is in the original). Morty is more of a push over in the Unity version, and while his original attitude does slip through into this game I have tried very hard to reduce it (to mixed results).

Once the update is out for the Unity version (hopefully soon), I will do regular daily postings about my progress on it (similar to what I did for the last patch).

Anyhow, glad you are enjoying the renpy version! And if you do decide to try the Unity version, I hope you enjoy that too!
