I need to review the dialog to see what I actually want to write for this scene. However, it's not likely to contain confirmation of anything. i.e. Summer's response to Tricia asking if she want's her little brother to get her pregnant, will most likely be "I don't know". Very in character for Summer, but not what the audience would prefer to hear. Like most of what is already in the game it's will probably be more "fear of" rather than confirmation of.
Yes, I know that is a let down (it is actually frustrating for me too!), and it might seem odd to say, since I'm not adding it, but I really want the pregnancy confirmation/discussion between characters to happen too.
The problem is, Ferdafs needs to progress that aspect of the story first (either adding it, or clearly cutting it out (either is fine (although I'd prefer it being added as that would be WAY less effort for me (maybe...)). Once that happens, then at least I know the limitations are of what I can change. A lot of the early game has been changed so much because I knew where it was headed.
As I've sort of said again, and again, there are certain plot elements I really don't want to move forward beyond the current story of the game. And, unfortunately, mostly everything to do with pregnancy (talking about it with Morty, telling him they are pregnant, showing bellies, ect...) is all just in limbo for now.
There is lots of stuff I want to do with it, and at some point when I know more about where stories are headed (and I know this sort of sucks) I may even go back into past days and let that conversation happen earlier (that is not a 100% thing, just a maybe... I don't know yet (which is the whole issue)).
Morticia is the only character I've really pushed the boundaries of for this (she has clearly told Morty she wants his kids and wants him to knock up her and other girls), and I mostly feel okay for her for two reasons. One I've already done huge re-writes to her. And two, even if this moment does come about for her in the Unity version, because her character is so different already, its a scene I know I'll have to re-write no matter what. But I don't want that for every character.
Beth, Summer, Jessica, Tricia, are still fairly close to how they are in the Unity game. Summer is really the only one with any large character drift, in that I tried to make Ethan less of a thing for her in the Renpy version.
So... long answer short (WAYYYY too late). Yes, I want it to happen. No, it isn't the time yet.
