I've fiddled with Steam version a little.
Apparently, our favourite voodooist whose name starts with Gold and ends with Berg does wonders with Steam version.
If you're not so proficient with such voodoo, here's the prepared archive.
Genuine Steam version's files of today's version + unlocker already added into game's Plugins folder. All DLCs (including uncensored DLC) should work. I'm not THAT acquainted with this game - but I see that Uncensore DLC outfit is equippable ondefault character Lisa.
If you don't see text in screen resolution dropdown, check if you have chinese.msyh.ttf in your Windows' Fonts folder. You probably don't have this font installed.
