Having EDI be both human and robot in his shorts is probably the best decision Rigid has made, because you guys are really making yourself sound real fucking mature about it, and I've had some stupid discussions on this thread, but complaining over robot or human EDI is really up there lately.

its even 'human' EDI either. She doesn't magically have organs. The body was designed for infiltration purposes, so it can change its appearance when need be. So arguing about which version is better is a moot point, when these are basically cosmetic skins.

Did anyone not notice that in some of the animation scenes she was swapping between Human/Robot bodies? Personally I think it's fucking HOT that Shepard is essentially fucking her into a blue screen.
Yes that's literally why people are arguing about it in this thread, they want one or the other.
Actually it is, but the original is not as much detailed because of how old the games are but if a remake was ever made she would look pretty close to Rigid model, and knowing how lazy EA is, they would probably just take Rigid model and work with it

I admit, EA wouldnt probably make her as ugly as some other publishers, but saying she would look as oversexualized as Rigid's is naive

Limiting oneself is a sign of immaturity, simply toss a picture of jangling keys to distract those too weak to enjoy Rigid's upcoming kino.
Or people just have a preference, which is, ya know, perfectly fine. Rigid is just taking the middle ground and including both human and android EDI, this isn't some profound journey, he's just pleasing as many as he can with the most neutral option.

If this was a personal commission sure, but less this had a vote tied to it, pretty sure he's allowed to do as he wants.

I went back five pages to see where I started this argument, the only thing I started in those pages was where I mentioned FemShep sounds like a bloke. The only other comment I made regarding EDI's visuals was how people were already arguing about it and I mentioned how Rigi is doing the best of both to avoid this kind of thing.
Is there something I missed because I don't remember starting this whole argument.
