Hmm if you have rigid's EDI model file (file with just her model nothing else, she has her skin change option there) you could try appending her model to the file you want so her skin change will transfer with her "new" model and then I think her "new" and "old" models have the same skeleton so you could copy paste poses if you would like to have her in the same pose as the "old" one

here are the pictures with the "old" (left one) and "new" (right one) models in the same file and as you can see the skin changes on the "new" one when you set slider to 0 or 1.

My pleasure to help, though I think it's not the best way to do it, I am a noob in blender after all. There are probably better methods but its the only one that came to my mind and one that I used a few times myself so maybe it will be enough for what you need.

Does anyone knows if Rigid3D answers questions somewhere/if he answers patreon messages?
I've been a supporter on and off throughout the years but I have an important question regarding his work but I can't send him anything through twitter (verified only) and I don't really want to spend 5 bucks just to ask him a question that he might ignore.

5 dollars? I'm pretty sure you can subscribe for less than that. Where i'm at the minimum is 1 euro (without tax).
Though i might just be missing your point.
Either way, i also dont know any other platform besides patreon where he might answer. I think i remember someone there asking him if he had a discord server but he said no, sadly. He does answer there tho, not that frequently but he does.
If you check the community tab on his page on that site you can see he replies from time to time.

That fem tyrant continues to be the worst fan OC I've seen and I don't get why she keeps popping up in fan works. A series with plenty of cool female monster designs and the best you can do is a Mr. X with tits slapped on? We already had an official female* tyrant

Its because of the uncanny valley the character has, all characters you said are all hot, and i agree that should have more of them, but the female tyrant doesnt necessarry is hot, and fits well as a "monster" category, if you take a look, all animations featuring her are not exactly consensual
