Yes. Specifically, go down the N route, trigger the Lloyd priority status, then don't enter the room in the last day. You *can* choose to be suspicious of her during the Day 29 dream but if you do, don't check the folder on the table in the ending.

You use the key item while still in the room with Peter, not in the display room.

Did you bring peter into the broken mirror? Just look for the cat in there to progress the event

On day 17 the guide said you can get a bad end if rina follows Loyd but I can't get it to trigger

It's not follows Lloyd, it's follows the protagonist. You need to trigger Lloyd's punishment on day 17 on scenario B then let Lloyd take her after dinner.

If you want to be able to stop the NTR eventually, you must always choose to have sex with Rina when you can over training with Eve. The love events with Rina only trigger from days 11-15 but the only way you can build affection is by spending the nights with her. This also reduces the time she spends with Lloyd.
The interesting items are the sex toys and you get them by increasing your bully rating, story progression, and the sex store events. Technique 5 isn't accessible to the player, but you can see it when Lloyd is in your party and you look at his skills.
