Does anyone know how to trigger Rina's suspicion of Koji?
I can't seem to get the R route to trigger, and according to the guide, both Rina and Koji need to be suspicious of the other on day 20 in order for the route to trigger. Somehow she's supposed to catch Koji and Eve doing stuff, but no matter what interactions I try, it doesn't happen. I'm guessing there is some early game trigger that needs to be set, but I can't figure it out.

I haven't tried to get into the R route myself, but, I think the start of things to get there is from that very first question super early on about Eve. I don't remember what it was, but Rina asks the MC something about Eve and if you answer one way you get an affection point with Rina. I think you lost one if you answered the other way.

I think the guide is a little misleading in the way its worded since it kind of makes it sound like Rina has her own suspicion stat. As far as I can tell its a shared stat between both of them. If Koji is suspicious, it makes Rina suspicious. Starting on Day 16, any interaction with Rina just choose the options that seem like Koji doesn't trust her/is questioning her behavior. Also choosing to ignore Rina during the post-bath phase probably also helps.

Worse case if you still can't get it to trigger, either use one of the R-route saves provided or use a save editor to change the suspicion level if you want to keep using your current play through.

In the RpgMakerSave editor, use advanced option and go to variables, it should be 126: 不信任度數值

Follow up on the save editor, the variables numbers seem to change depending on which section of the game your are in, but for 16-20 it should be 126 or just search 不信任度數值

This game is definitely up there with NTRPG2 just wish it wasn't so long and confusing/complex which is why i only did one playthrough. Though the quality and vibe of the sprite animations is so good.

I did load the provided R route save from day 20, but it seems like it means you miss some of the content leading up to the route diverging. (For instance, there's a new sex toy in Rina's room, which presumably you get to see how she acquires.) There is some dialogue related to Rina catching Koji pranking Eve, but I have no idea which prank it's referring to. I guess I'll just have to trial and error it until I get it to work.
