I'm confused about accessing the Library. I've played through this game 3 times and not once has the library poped up on the map even when im with betty. Nothing. Any help?

The gallery can be found in the laptop on your bed during day cycles.
Cleo's house, I think you need to take a peek at her from your house's front porch vouyering her while she chills by the pool. That starts her questline and you get invited to her home which pops up on the map.
Sadly the game doesn't have a cohesive quest guide or help in game that's why you should use a walkthrough. With that said though, the game is one of the best in the business.

Didn't know his patrons were this low . The quality and intensity of his posts and work he does is deserving of more attention,praise and of course money to support him self.

however, you still can copy the assets pack manually to the folder /RenPy/org.ringlust.the66/game on Android 11 and newer or to the folder /Android/data/org.ringlust.the66/files/game.
from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11 ), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.
