i was also stuck where you are right now, mine beach event triggered after this (girl's room event).
try couple of more sundays....
before going girls room on sunday afternoon, try going to kitchen on the same sunday morning where beth ask to invite lilly.
make sure you completed the event where beth comes to your room at night.
still didn't triggered the event then go through the walkthrough and make sure you have completed all the event before this.

I can't trigger scene 3. It's not giving me an option to not be invisible. Any help would be appreciated!
Edit: I guess I somehow did the scene at some point without realizing? I checked the gallery and I already had sex with Ashley. Must of completely zoned out when I did it.

Downloaded the compressed version and started from the beginning, but like a lot of Renpy games it starts to really slow down and the only way to get it to work is to make a save and reload until it slows down again. Is this a compressed problem that the normal bigger download won't have, or is it a developer issue when changing between images no matter if its standard or compressed?
Lots of different possibility that'll cause the game to slow down so take your pick:
Unnecessary programs running in the back ground (Viruses/crypto miners/Microsoft Windows, Before you ask Yes! windows is a bloody virus).
Low system RAM (I wouldn't use a computer with less than 16GB on Windows 10/11).
Slow/dying Hard Disk.
You have a bottom of the line processor (CPU) which wouldn't be so bad if you have any dedicated graphics card (GPU) in your system.
Over heating system.

Another week has passed and here's another portion of news about the development progress.
Things are going well and I plan to finish the pool scene this week. This scene turned out to be quite voluminous, but this is because it consists of several parts. The amount of animations I created for this scene would have previously fit into an entire update. The pool scene takes place right under Beth and Lilly's noses, and I loved depicting Cleo's transition from shyness and insecurity to all-consuming lust. I was a little behind schedule because I had to redo two scenes due to Cleo's swimsuit not rendering correctly. But I couldn't just throw these scenes out of the update because they look absolutely gorgeous. Sometimes this happens, but I don't get discouraged because it's all part of the development process. About a third of the update is already done and I can't wait to start the next scene with Cleo in the new scenery and new outfit. This is going to be super hot.
So far, that's all the development progress news I'm ready to share with you.

Another week has passed and here's another portion of news about the development progress.
Overall things are going well and a lot of work has been done, but I've had a bit of a screw up recently. I hadn't noticed one small flaw in the animation I was creating, and it just so happened that it was the longest animation I had planned to create for the upcoming update. So I had to redo the long video and lost a couple of days. But the animation turned out really great. I paid a lot of attention to breast physics and the movement of Cleo's massive boobs in this video looks simply hypnotic. I'm sure you'll like it. But I'm not just working on breast physics. Our hot neighbor's huge ass deserves attention too. I even created a separate animation where Cleo moves her butt from side to side and her ass sways temptingly. Oh, there's a lot of those boobs and ass waiting for you in an upcoming update. Even though I'm a little behind schedule, I've finally started working on the next update scene. I had to rework the lighting in the hospital room from scratch, but now it looks more than good. And although in the first scene I paid some attention to Cleo's pussy, the main emphasis on this part of her body will be made in the scene in the hospital. There's just a little bit left to wait and we'll finally have hot sex with our curvy neighbor. More than half of the images and a huge number of animations are ready and waiting for their time.
