It seems like you may not have seen enough hentai to know what you're talking about here - the hentai rape fantasy is all about the victim's will to resist being overpowered by pleasure until it practically stops being rape at all. Like I said, it can be rape but it's pretty tame and vague to confirm it. There are no extreme reactions or crying, no explicit dialogue, no capture scene, no sign of struggle (ripped clothing or bruises), she isn't even virgin, nothing to fully confirm it wasn't just the mc's girlfriend that was getting bored with him so he created this whole bondage scenario in hopes of gaining her back.
