Yes, its scuffed. you can fix it, by going fullscreen(alt+enter), exit the game (alt+f4) and start it again. It should start in fullscreen with your native fullscreen resolution. (It's still unchangeable without editing the registry)

The premise reminds me of that kasumi game.
It is to the point, doesn't require words, is decently animated... and holy shit, it's buggy. Also uses up more system resources than some modern FPS.
Still, byte for byte it's absolutely worth it.

Edit: Anyone know what the transparent icon on the right bottom center in the third picture is supposed to symbolize/when that will be active?
