Just got to wait and be patient, the update to the multi-mod will come soon!
he usually updates his subcribers a day or two before posting hereJust got to wait and be patient, the update to the multi-mod will come soon!
Vanilla?!? I need me some chocolate. And then strawberryI'll finish the vanilla mod update in the morning for Patreon. Patched version later.
I'm not the dev, but I can answer some of your questions.Hey Lightman,
Some ideas/requests for the next update in a few months (I expect). The first two are the only ones that I really want and should be (relatively) easy to implement I believe. The others I don't know since I haven't looked at the code of the original files or your mod.
- Increase the number of pages for saves
- Allow naming of save files
- On/Off Toggle for your walkthrough
- On/Off Toggle for the Incest patch
I like incest content and since your mod is the only one maintaining it that is the primary reason I use it (along with gallery unlock and number choice which I especially love btw) but since in other posts you mention potentially creating different versions that's why I mention a toggle option. Depending on how it's implemented, a single mod with a toggle may be easier to maintain.
Since the story is still developing, I tend to make a lot of saves, especially at potential branch points. While renpy supports a lot of saves, its annoying that to go past page 9 you can only advance one page at a time. Naming them just makes it easier to remember why I save scummed each point. I know many a multimod have implemented increased number and named saves so it may simply be a case of code plagiarism to implement.
The walkthrough toggle is a meh suggestion either way for me since it's easy enough to just ignore your recommendations. I use MrBubu's flowchart style walkthrough because it includes all the decision variables and triggers that exist in the code base, even the ones that aren't of consequence (yet...) making it easier to save scum for potential branching choices. It also includes where the hidden renders are which is a nice bonus.
If you're using an old version, it probably not gonna work, gallery was changed.Gallery mod not working
Yes, only vanilla is updated right now on PatreonI-patch not included in this version?
"Waaaaah, waaaaaaah"36h "early access...?" Wow, five years playing Ripples and I do believe that's the first modder I can remember ever doing THAT on a Ripples mod. Just FYI, previous modders always had the mod up within a day or two, WITH the patch. Great way to avoid getting new patrons, man. Maybe I'll be able to play by sometime next week.
Probably be here tomorrow the Ripples multi-mod- but it may come Monday but who knows"Waaaaah, waaaaaaah"
Stop crying about not being able to nut bro it's cringe. He needs to make money somehow
When people will start to understand that no one is obliged to do something for free. Making a mod is not a matter of a few seconds, but takes time that a person could spend on something else. No one forces you to pay, just wait 36 hours and you can play for free. Why complain, you can just follow your own advice and play something else while the mod is in early access.36h "early access...?" You're wrong. LightmanP has always done this, as far back as I remember. He's not the only big modder to do so.36h "early access...?" Absolutely, and 36 hours is better than a week or two, like some guys..."Waaaaah, waaaaaaah"

They don't get it cause their brains are fried from only doing this all day, just beating the skin off their dicks, so they expect shit for free cause they feel entitled to it.When people will start to understand that no one is obliged to do something for free. People just think that it's all so easy, but they don't think that creating a mod is not about switching false to true, but about working with code, and at the same time, you need to take variables into account so that conflicts don't arise, and to take all of this into account, you need time and knowledge. They don't get it cause their brains are fried from only doing this all day, just beating the skin off their dicks, so they expect shit for free cause they feel entitled to it.

Also need to playtest the mod to make sure it doesn't kamikaze the gamePeople just think that it's all so easy, but they don't think that creating a mod is not about switching false to true, but about working with code, and at the same time, you need to take variables into account so that conflicts don't arise, and to take all of this into account, you need time and knowledge.

maybe its a first for ripples but mod devs do this all the time and all over this site too. So, to be blunt, grow the hell up you entitled man-child36h "early access...?" I get that waiting 36 hours might feel like a long time for some, but the game itself was leaked way before its public release. Compared to that, a short wait for a mod something created for free in someone’s spare time is really not much.36h "early access...?"
