Seeing as how she was pregnant in the past before she met your dad, that might be a general clue. It was also mentioned during the intro. MC always refers to her a sister, not half-sister, etc., but I am playing with mod.

When he goes back in time, saves his mom from the gut-punch, she was pregnant with the sister. She'd just broke up with the asshole about to punch her. She was not in a relationship yet (so hadn't met the MC's Dad).

You rush to the university to save her, and as she is about to be punched in the stomach by her boyfriend, you save her. Later as you prepare to return to present, the agent(?) mentions that Tiffany was pregnant and you actually saved her child.

Yeah, it turns out that mathematically there are very few of the girls that MC can possibly be the father of at this point. Things are still early, and timey-wimey stuff still is working its' magic...

I was thinkin here that MC will have to go back even further in the past, so, he can have something with Tiff and that way he can be his sister's dad and brother at the same time, lol, but yea, let's see. I was already thinking that maybe MC is his own father.

I don't have a problem with incest games, and if it gets removed after initially being in the game, I definitely use the patch, but if it's not intended by the dev, then no.

Pretty clear that it was the original intent, with the remnant comments, but Patreon went to war with that subject. I didn't play the initial release, though, so can't be sure. I only play this with the patch, as I really hate the whole "landlady/tenant" thing where it obviously is supposed to be a familial relationship. This game, particularly, is one that makes less sense without the parent/sibling thing. I don't prioritize the Jessica relationship, and flirting with Tiff has been fun and unserious so far.

I think this question is the most times made in this game thread, do a little search and you find many not conclusive answers lol
I still think this is an irrelevant question though and sometimes it seems like they are doing it to put the game in risk from patreon (not saying you did, I believe you didn't) and we know very well they monitor this site. It was said many many times that the game work well with both and that incest never been the focus of this game.

Edit: Yep like Maccabbee said I play this game with the multi mod and has it built in so I guess I play it with incest, barely notice it anyway, not the focus because the time travel story is for me.

I played both versions, and the game works equally well.

Without the patch, Tiffany was a good friend (and I think neighbor) of MC's dad, and naturally took him in when he became an orphan. Now she sees herself like a mother to him because that's what she's been for 10 years.
The MC also sees Jessica almost like a sister so that's fine too. No landlady/tenant/roommate nonsense here.

The main disadvantage I see to not wanting the ipatch is that the multi-mod has it and I personally like to play with walkthrough mods. I think that's how I saw for example that there are some stats called 'harem' and 'assertive'/'passive' (though I've since discovered the Universal Renpy Mod).

Nah keep it (you can't delete posts of people that quoted you anyway), you did ask with genuinely curiosity and that is why you got "not agressive replies" hahaha Ripples is around for so long that even if that was the intent on the beginning, it was "corrected" to suit patreon TOS and rules, like many games do.

Personally, I don't care if a character has had previous partners, if a VN is set up for a LI to have simultaneous partners, or if two LIs have little trysts of their own. At the same time, I'm not going to be in a MMF threeway, or engage in homosexual behavior - I'm not into those things, either in reality or in VNs. Non-preference isn't "fear" - it's non-preference. Those that associate it with a "phobia" of some sort very likely fall well to the left of the median on the IQ scale.
