Just two mistakes i randomly noticed in your reasoning:
1) Factual error: MC is not teleported to the same day the past LI's are mentioning that he was gone a longer time, and they tried to reach him multiple times on his nokia.
2) invalid/unverified assumption: is it verified that the time jump has always exact the same time? Sure, ubdoubtly MC was teansported back in the past about 20 years two times. But is this enough to consider it as a fixed value? It could also be very well possible, that the amount of energy relesed by the incident in the powerplant initially led to much longer time jumps, as for example 40 years, and due to declining energy in the rift, the time jumps would be getting shorter. MCs time jumps are simply in such a short period, that a small decrease in jump time wouldnt be easily noticable.

Right, it wasn't on the same day. If it was then the same events would replay. The first time was 20 years before the first day. Time passed in 2019 between the first and second jumps. It was several days after that he went on the second jump, and it was 20 years before the 2nd day. For simplicity's sake let's say the jump is exactly 20 years in the past to the exact time that the person leaves the present. So if you left on 7 September, 2019 you would arrive in the past on 7 September, 1999. If you left on 14 September, 2019 you would arrive on 14 September, 1999. If you instead left on 9 November 2011, you would arrive in the past on 9 November 1991.
It's a moot point anyway after the second jump, since the mysterious stranger closes the original rift afterwards. The sample size cannot be increased but it seems like the proximate time that passed in 2019 is the same amount that passed in 1999. I think that in itself is more of a valid assumption then your speculation that the rift is completely variable otherwise with all of time/space would it have sent him to 1999 twice? The range of all time as a variable would make it too large to go through twice.

It may have to do with the Patreon police. Any game hinting at incest is getting deplatformed, and they are prone to searching around for sites where the game is hosted (legit or not) to see if there is a sneaky incest version available so they can use that as an excuse to nuke the creator's account.

Patreon doesn't have 'police'. They barely have enough people with the time to do their actual jobs, much less searching around on other sites.

What they do have are Crusaders. People unemployed by Patreon, but who have taken it upon themselves to ferret out games which have abominable kinks in them, i.e. incest. These Crusaders then report their evidence to Patreon, which then can take action.

It's a great world we live in, isn't it.

Yep they act as a monopoly because their competition can't give the same revenue and conditions to creators and in a way it is kind of "blackmail", or with us and our stupid rules and thrive or without and your chances are minimum (read something about payment options also I think?), well until "we" all stop contribute to it by putting money on Patreon.
Well I say we but myself can't contribute to any creator for personal financial reasons, but if I could I wouldn't by Patreon because of their policies, maybe subscribestar (for what I read seems a better one?) or Itch.io but I'm also not aware if they have much better policies than Patreon.

Isn't the problem anyway that the payment services like paypal and some of the credit card companies push for these rules? So even if you switch away from Patreon to another platform...as soon as that platform is large enough to be noticed they would start pushing those rules on that platform as well.

Never mind the fact that the US have a movement that wants to ban pornography altogether.

I disagreed with this POV when I posted, among other things, that I enjoy Jestur's writing style and his use of animations.

This, IMO, is part of what makes Ripples so good and yes - immersive - to me.

This was my favorite chapter and the attention to detail, including all the animations, gave it a level of immersion that I greatly enjoyed.

I felt that Justur used exposition well and, in a story this complex, I expect something close to the level of exposition found.

I certainly want Jestur to continue in this vein, using exposition where he feels he needs to review or share knowledge for the benefit of the viewer and including a high density of animations where he wants scenes to carry extra weight or be extra special.

The sexy times with Khloe and Valerie, as well as the extended sexy time with Scarlett were Outstanding, and I am amazed at how well Jestur did with the animations, Especially given that this is using Honey Select 1 to achieve this.

We are now keeping track of multiple versions of the same people in two timelines as well as two versions of Darci, a Skylar who appears to have traveled in time at least once + 2 factions of people in the past and the present who are battling over time itself.

Exposition is key to ensuring that the viewer continues to understand 'what' is happening versus executing something akin to the famous 'Who's on First' skit done by Abbott and Costello.

So - yes, we have differing POVs about the necessity of the level of the exposition and the benefits of all the animations in creating an immersive experience.

I'm happy to embrace Jestur's vision for Ripples, the level of exposition he feels he needs to best tell this complex story and the density of animations he's chosen to include to create the level of immersion he wants his viewers to enjoy as they dive into his creation.

If part 2 is as good as this most recent chapter, IMO, it will be exceptional!

For dealing with job interview with Cindy, you're stuck with Donald/Donnie. When Scarlett takes MC to the lake in episode 4 he can tell her his "actual" name is Donnie or change it. The variable for what the girls in the past call him is playerNameA.

The only good part of this update was the appearance of Stabby Mike rest was just boring stuff even the sex scenes, too much animations for unnecessary stuff which could have done without them like door opening and closing etc etc and darcy being a main vp of this update didn't even got any kind of romantic or smut scene. Dev seems to have lost his touch it used to be fun and exciting to know what's gonna happen next but this update was full of way too much boring exposition.

Loved this update, Stabby Mike included. The sex scenes were very good as usual but the little animations and the awesome transitions out of the sex scenes and attention to detail are what differentiate this game from most of the AVNs in this site.
Darcy is my favorite character being a LI or not, love her personality and that is what attract me the most on her so even if no lewd scene with her and still a lot of Darcy in the game is a plus for me.

As I said it could be A CANON EVENT but I'm personally not thrilled by the whole idea (same with MC being everyone's dad).

Don't get me wrong, they're good theories but they create too many paradoxes in my book and that kinda zaps my enjoyment to an extent (let's say 10%).

Nonetheless I'm pretty certain Jestur can pull it off and make it enjoyable anyway.
