Whenever a game makes branching paths I lose a lot of motivation to play and just get a gallery mod/save, just the feeling of missing out on something or knowing the dev has chosen to waste time making multiple paths instead of 1 is a downer.
Having to replay the whole game after a version update because you've broken the saves can be enough for me to drop a game, let alone having to play on different routes

Technically they are not your mom/aunt yet so why would it need a patch? Unlike actual incest as a perceived real life social problem (it really isn't no more than homosexuality ever was) it's not like time-traveling perves that prefer fucking younger versions of their family while trying to be their own dad are as well.

Jesus, I haven't played since v0.4 and that was like... over 2 years ago. The updates for this game are abysmally slow. Not sure if I should even bother playing it now or waiting until it's completed/abandoned to play it. I am not gonna want to start all over again from the beginning each time to try and remember what was going on.

It's a practice, sometimes you just have to choose one thing in life and let go of the other... Or maybe the Dev kept in mind that some players don't like a linear story.
