No idea, gonna check my saves and replay the scene to see if the inconsistency happens.

Hmm dunno what is the issue Rez E Dent, I swear I use LightmanP multi mod that is linked in the OP and when I give Khloe the necklace and when the MC notices Scarlett I got this renders/dialogue. Are you 100% sure you chose the option to give Khloe the necklace? Happens sometimes we think we click an option line and we hit the other.
Edit : To make sure use the keyboard number 1 option instead of click the option with the mouse. One of the neat features we get using a multi mod hehe

The other scene by walking out the bathroom and then later the scene in the garage I'm too lazy to check it out right now because they don't happen in the same update, too lazy to skip scene and option after scene and option lol. Maybe it was something that wasn't discovered in the test phase because both scenes happen too far apart.

If a harem route is something the dev wants to do then I'm for it, but for devs that aren't planning or haven't a desire to make a harem route then it's not going to be worth reading. It's like woodworking. I make some fucking awesome furniture. I can make a decent small crafts like picture frames, spice racks, jewelry boxes, etc. The difference is my heart isn't in it. I don't enjoy those little projects, so I don't do it much, so my skills aren't good. I don't give the care and attention to detail that's required to make them really exemplary. Game devs that don't want to make harem routes aren't going to put their hearts into it.
The same goes for really any aspect of a game. If someone jumps into a thread or patreon page and start pressuring a dev who's already shown resistance or reluctance to some plot idea, fetish, or game play style, then it's not going to work out well in most cases. Feel free to tell them what you'd like to see, sure, but leave it there. That's basically what the cucks do, but they still get a worse rap than the harem boyz. When a dev resists a harem, I've seen the harem crowd chime in with the economic benefits of doing what they want. "Dev~kun, why don't you make this a harem game. Most players are harem players if you don't know. They want to play and support harem games. If you make a harem route, your game would have so much more appeal. I bet your game would become so successful after adding a harem route, you'd probably be able to afford to buy several rental properties in Monaco or St. Barts." If they don't win him over with that round, they up the stakes. "You know, Dev~kun, that's a real nice game you have there. I'd hate to see anything bad happen to your reviews or god forbid... your paytreon. I mean, me and my friends was just saying how much we like your game. But it really needs that harem route. With a harem route we'd be sooo much happier, and when we're happy, you'll be happier. Trust me. Without a harem route, I think we'd be forced to let our opinions about this issue be heard, if you know what I'm sayin. Why don't youz just add a harem route, so we can all be happy, capiche? What I've seen done before is basically just mods that let you see alternate route scenes while playing, without messing up routes and love interest values.
And at the end of the game just gives you an option to see all possible endings.
Basically just a gallery mod that shows scenes while experiencing the game so you still get context.

Imo "easiest" way to go about it without messing up story much, as long as the player is self-aware that they're seeing a technical "what-if" that's not linear with their story choices.

Which funny enough kinda fits with something like Ripples.

As a fan of harem games, I disagree with you!

Every game needs variety, there is enough in the game and two girls as well as three girls do not have to be 5 or 8 LI, this spoils the interest and playing time for each character. Each game is good in its own way, with a logical plot, like a harem, like solo endings.

Ripples is good even without a harem, it is of high quality as well as an intriguing plot. If Jestur decides to have a harem, then ok, I’ll be glad! if not, so be it.

The harems lovers also use the excuse of not having enough time, due to work or school, to play all the routes made for the game. It's as if they wanted the dev to feel guilt about how the harem boys are all hard working but are still sacrificing their few free time to enjoy the visual novel, so it's the dev's obligation to please them and make a harem in a story that probably wasn't going to have one... but of course, those guys will demand it without supporting the dev because they "don't have time" for that, they only have time to cry about how all adult games should be harems.
