I didnt like the arm tattoo's at first either since it felt like it was starting to go overboard and she just looked better without. But honestly I got used it I didnt mind it even if I did wouldnt matter as a good character > appereance
Honestly I didn't put it together either but my guess is somehow she ended up in 1999 but not sure.
