Personally I would recommend you to download it. The story is very engaging, the characters are likeable and quite a lot, and you'll need time to process the references as well. You can speed run it but I don't recommend you, I believe that even playing with ease you'll have plenty of time to play it until next release.

I would only recommend for you to wait if the next patch comes out before you end the current content, but unless you reeaaaally are slow playing that would happen. I'm not slow when playing VNs, but I like to play with ease if the story is engaging with the MC. If that's your way as well, then go for it.



I'm pretty sure she, along with Jessica will be one of the last ones for that to happen. While many don't, I believe a fair amount uses the incest patch, and to make the story somewhat believable the relationship needs time to grow properly. Sure incest in games is cool, but if not well written it can definitely ruin a game.

Being family members for the sake of being family members isn't necessarily a good thing, what makes players hooked to a game is the character/story development along the connection of the girls with the MC.

Just say it has a helicopter ride. Instant sell job.

It does have pineapple pizza though, and even a scene forces you to admit it delicious if you want to have full points on every girl. I can't cope with that, literally unplayable.

As I said above, I also don't like to play rushed if I like the story, but I guess what's slow and what's fast to some may be different to others.

I dont even know if an update is on the horizon or not, but I'm gonna replay it next just for the hell of it.
the story is good, the animations are superb, and the characters are all totally lovable.
given your other tastes: you'll enjoy it

The last update was the beginning of March, and Jestur is in the same realm as Digi.B and Caribdis as far as quality and effort, so anything between August and Nov is reasonable expectations.

I have noticed a trend of pineapples in AVNG and heard of games having repeated pineapple mentions..Do you think that's like a subliminal nod to the swinger/swap lifestyle? I know an upside down pineapple is a signal between lifestylers to let others know they're in that lifestyle without saying it.... maybe the pineapples everywhere have to do with that, or maybe I am just reaching.

Nah, I believe it's just a small effort from devs to please gore enthusiasts in their games. This game does have the "graphic violence" tag for some reason.

What exactly does the incest patch do?
I think I skipped through a lot of the early dialogue so I didn't know she was actually the character's mom - I thought she was just a really close caretaker lol.

I mean, that's the difference between patched and not-patched ... also Jessica is your (99% likely half-)sister vs. your caretaker's daughter.

Theories abound about the possibilities inherent in the game, but as of now there is no other official familial relationships ... you can't even be dating both the twins yet.

On the development side of things, I've been working on the new update every day besides the two days dealing with the new PC build. Everything is going good. I have pretty much all the writing and dialogue done, and I'll be able to mostly focus on the art now and try to make up some time. The scenes are going great so far, and they look beautiful. It's going to be a great update. I have about 705 renders and 37 animations done so far.

Foa point of comparison, EP 6 released with:

• 1405 New Images
• 177 New Animations

I'm hoping for a May/June release, but Jestur has not commented on a release time frame yet.
