No, I don't think and hope no
  1. v1.0 will probably be the full release
  2. Software versioning uses decimals as separators, not as percent completion indicators; ie, v0.9 can be followed by v0.10 and then v0.11; v0.7 essentially means release 0 (pre-release; beta; etc), update 7

Can be; but why they don't go v0.09 instead I will never accept (that they don't care or are lazy).
