I’m still wondering if there’s some kind of categorization for the girls, like Main Love Interests and Side Girls/Sex Buddies ? If so, which ones fall into each category ? It’s still a bit unclear to me at this point.

And regarding the whole harem concept, does it really exist, and will it have an impact on the story and the characters ? I get the impression that in this AVN, the "harem" is more about giving the player the option to pursue all the girls if he want, is also something a bit ellusive and discreet, and overall that’s pretty much it for now (I mean that the girls don’t really refer to it, and pursuing one girl or all the girls doesn’t really change much at this stage).

For now, I’m not really sure which girls are Main LIs and which aren’t, especially since that could still change. I’d guess that the Main LIs probably include: the “family” (Tiffany and Jessica), Skylar, Darci, Alyssa (?) and Alice (?), and maybe Krystal (?) (I think she has some sort of solo path [hinted by the walkthrough mod] where she’s okay with the MC being sexually active with other girls, so she’s not really exclusive, which is a bit confusing).

I’m pretty sure the first four I mentioned are Main LIs, but for the others, it’s still unclear. I don’t really consider Krystal as an exclusive, main, or serious love interest; the relationship with her and the MC develops very quickly and feels pretty superficial to me, so I wouldn’t put her in that category imo.

I’m not sure where the Milfs, the mothers of the MC’s close female characters, will fit into the game in 2019. I have no idea how the harem will be handled or if there will be any sense of "believability" or "realism" involved, so it’s hard to predict whether the MC will be able to date and/or sexually pursue their daughters and mothers at the same time.

Also, I’m unsure if the Main LIs will have mutually exclusive routes with each other or if they’ll accept only certain other girls in their path with the MC, etc.
I have no idea either who will fall into the category of Side Girls/Sex Buddies, meaning girls who will only make rare appearances and/or have just a few sexual encounters with the MC without forming any true romantic or long-term relationships.

I think (hypothetically) girls like Dani, some Milfs (e.g. Riley) in 2019, Shelby (?), Daphne, and Krystal could fall into this category. I’d put Krystal there, even though the game seems to treat her as an relatively significant love interest, I’m not completely sure about that.

If anyone has more information or insight on this topic, I’d be happy to hear it.

Dude, there are fuckin HAREM POINTS that you earn by choices in the game. I don't care if there's a tag, or just funtime scenes. There are definitely sharing-interested girls.

You've obviously never played through all your options. Riley is ENTIRELY about D/S. She clearly states, in your first meeting, that she likes both options, and you can choose either path with her. "ZERO D/S in Ripples" my ass. The traits are in the game code: Assertive/Passive points and Dominant/Submissive points. You are wrong both figuratively and literally. Back the fuck off.

What I meant by "perfect harem game" is that all the choices are great, and there isn't really a barrier at this point between pursuing all the girls. The tensions between Skylar and Jessica routes even seem to able to be worked through. Luna is more of a barrier to pursuing Skylar than Jessica is.

And by the way, there is no Incest tag, either, but...

I will say that as of right now, there's only 2 mutually exclusive LIs, and from what I've heard this is a temporary state. In other words, the one you don't pick seems to just be "delayed" rather than permanently closed off.

My understanding is that Jestur has said the game is "harem-ish", but not a lot of other details.

What exactly that means is anyone's guess. Maybe you can get all the main LIs but not side ones. Maybe a few main LIs are mutually exclusive. Maybe it's just related to some LIs being temporarily exclusive. Maybe some of the LIs from outside the present time aren't able to be part of the harem. Or maybe Jestur is just keeping some things vague intentionally. Etc.

I am beginning to think that there may be no happy ending at all for the MC, especially if he's his own father, and has to spend the rest of his life trying to straighten out this spaghetti timeline, and fight the nefarious powers that be.

I am beginning to think that there may be no happy ending at all for the MC, especially if he's his own father, and has to spend the rest of his life trying to straighten out this spaghetti timeline, and fight the nefarious powers that be.

I also get the feeling that it’s not so official or fully embraced in the game at this point: there’s just a certain scoring of harem points, a choice that’s supposed to lead to the harem path in a conversation with Darci about Krystal (using the walkthrough mod), and so far, Darci and Krystal seem to be okay with the MC have sex with their close friends (Darci and Krystal, Krystal and Daphne for now).

But that's pretty much all we have on the subject: the girls don't really talk about it, if at all, and the game makes a humorous nod with Brad playing the "chad" or playboy and talking about harem (in general sense), but it doesn’t go any further.

It’s likely that some girls, like Alyssa for example, might not accept the MC seeing other people and might want an exclusive relationship, though this is just my assumption.

It’s true, with the possible time paradoxes, the fact that the MC could be the father of one of the girls in his "present" in 2019, or the fact that he has past/present relationships with the mothers of his friends, it definitely complicates things. There are definitely all the ingredients for a lot of drama from all sides ! x)

P.S : I’m not convinced by the idea that the MC is his own father. It seems implausible and hard to justify in most cases. I don’t see how this theory could hold up without creating unsolvable paradoxes and making the plot illogical, especially when considering the laws of time (this applies both to real life and to the narrative coherence of the game).

There used to be a patch, but it's not up-to-date. IIRC the MC's only blood relative in the game is his dad, and he's only in flashbacks.

Are we talking about the same game? If you went back to 1999, she's the first girl you meet, welcomes you to sleep in her garage if she doesn't kill you with the baseball bat. It's possible to get romantic with her (not sure if you go all the way or not, yet). She's your mother's sister.
