i replayed whole game but "made EVERY bad choice" .... not a lot of difference in a timeline outside of the Scarlet sex pictures in a box. it is gone.

Just right-click the skip button until the end of V0.7. Won't take long and you won't be at risk from stranger's Saves.

my theory is its bent-dick guy who in the future was following MC around for a revenge plot and got caught up in the twisted timelines.

That only works if you still have a "persistent" file in one of the two (or both) save folders. One Save Folder is in the "game\saves" Folder the other is in "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\Gamefoldername" in standard Windows.

Which, ofc. on the other Hand means, that if you want to replay completely, without the Skip Button available, for whatever reason, delete all files in those two folders. That should be the same for basically every RenPy Game.
