Well, from the perspective of a Dark (the TV Series) fan like me (and I'm sure the creator as well), I can only say that the plot of this VN is a shining gem. Not only are there direct references like the Winden town included here, but also dialogues and the two sides playing to win the battle of time travel that remind me of the series in a very personal way. Lastly, I am intrigued as to how this will be resolved, because as some have said before, it seems that everything is a paradox and no destiny is truly changing in a significant way.

This game is ironically what made me watch and become a fan of Dark lol

Great show, and of course great game, I just hope the ending is satisfying, considering how Dark ended things

One day, one...day, devs will figure out that guns shoot bullets, NOT CARTRIDGES.

But it is NOT THIS DAY.

I mean.... if we wanna be really pedantic and obnoxiously overtechnical about it, the manufactured package that most people call a bullet (which combines a payload/projectile, propellant, and primer inside a casing) is, in fact, a cartridge, regardless of caliber or firearm. The bullet is only the bit that flies out and causes the damage.

So you'd think she'd remember us at least a little, but so far she seems the only one who doesn't. Not even when Tiffany talks to her about how similar we look to her savior from '99. I wonder what's up with that... and if Khloe will be the same.

This theory of mine is kind of far fetched (things that just cross my mind, most of the times they are completely ridiculous after thinking better, but time travel is also a ridiculous notion anyway haha) but Valerie could just be acting dismissively and not giving much importance on what Tiffany told her because maybe she is also aware of time travel and don't want Tiffany to get too curious. So far I'm not even sure how many characters in 2019 are really aware of those travels in time, we will see as story progresses.

Memories are the least reliable things in the world. Twenty years later, you might not remember faces the way they actually looked, the room or place things happened in. You might think you do, but it's totally different from reality. Witness reports in trials are actually the least reliable testimony, because trauma makes that even worse. People remember things differently than they actually were. Twenty years later, with a guy who has a different name? Yeah, not that surprising at all.

Luna and Jenny might remember better (Luna definitely because of how the party ended), if Jenny's even still alive somewhere, because they both know MC's real name, and that's a detail to hang on to.

The rest might just remember a tall, cute guy named Donnie that was so sweet and (maybe) rocked their world a bit when they were kids. Scarlett definitely is on the way to remembering, if she doesn't already.

I have been replaying this game and may be getting paranoid, but there are times with certain characters that make me think they either know about time traveling or they may have some knowledge that something is going on, it could be another future version of us pulling the strings which could be related to that guy we saw on the background watching us at our school near the beginning, don't really have a screen, but you can very easily find it during the first day at school.
Other characters I find suspicious, the bald lingerie shop husband (obvious but probably working for the other side) and Mrs Gilmour, this one could be me overreacting but this line here after telling us to come talk to her if we ever need someone and then saying:

Yep many of my memories of 20 years ago are really fuzzy, details may appear when some event trigger them. But many memories of when I was 20 or 30 yo my mind shape them for my own satisfaction, we do that all the time as a self defense mechanism or even just because it is more convenient haha.

This guy from a neighboring HS in the Bronx tried to mug me once, stuck a gun in my face. I remember it clear as day, I remember my reaction perfectly (I think), I remember the gun's barrel in my face, but I don't remember the guy at all, not his voice or clothes, what he said, what he looked like, not even what race he was. I do remember how shocked he was when I laughed at him and told him to fuck off. I just walked away. I was pretty lucky, but at that point I honestly didn't care, and didn't have anything to give him anyway.

There is more going on with Ms Gilmour, one of the theories and I side with it but there is still many things to explain in case it is true is that she is Jenny (you can even see some resemblances). There was some well explained theories on how she would be at that age in 2019 and I don't remember them by heart but involved some more 20 years back in time than just to 1999, IIRC was something that she (Jenny) traveled 20 years in the past from 2009 to 1989 when the accident occur, something along those lines. Maybe someone else explain better, I was never good to theorize using words that aren't even my native language haha.
