Plus a lot of what Jackie says hints at her being Jenny as well. Here's a post another user put together showing a few pretty good examples.


It could all be a red herring intended to throw us off but I wouldn't be surprised at all if Jackie ended up being Jenny.

I also wouldn't be surprised if we get back to '19 and find that Jenny still ended up working at the power plant and going missing in the accident, even after what happened at the end of this update. I'm kind of expecting that to be the case actually.

Did I miss triggering some wallpapers somewhere along the way, or have they just not been revealed yet? Unrenned the files and nothing jumped out at me, but it just seems odd that, this far along, we have two slots open. Most VNs I've seen have stuff like that at the beginning of a release, but it fills in by the end.

There was a theory floated that Jenny somehow got sent back 20 years (to 1989), when she would have been around 30, and has relived 30 years to 2019, and is now about 60. After getting stuck back, she took on the new identity of Jackie. Which would probably put her daughter (Gabby) in her late 30s now (assuming she got sent back, too) and her granddaughter, Darci, is 18.

Gabby is pretty messed up, one from the kidnapping and, possibly, from living out of time. Don't know if that holds any water at all, but is a way the times would somehow fit. Though, I don't know if we've been told where Jenny's daughter is in the 2019 timeline already - that would let the air out of at least part of that theory. It would also mean Jenny/Jackie was existing in the same time and space as 1999 Jenny until her disappearance in 2009. Yeah - time travel speculation fucks up everything.

It's kind of confusing who the fathers of some of the girls are. Previously, we all theorized that the MC might be the father of all of them, but with all the Patreon bs about incest, that might no longer be the case... Now, with all their similarities, I think a "clones" theory could be valid, maybe because of the time travel ripples, or the experiments at the plant, some of the girls end up getting pregnant with themselves? If that makes sense...

To be fair, it was never confirmed anywhere in the game, it was just supposition in the various forums, Reddits, Discord, etc. I am not convinced that was ever planned, but it could have been. Now I think it was always a red herring.

Can you please move on with your point and get over it, it is getting tiring to hear you over and over about the same thing. It makes no sense for me and I bet for most of us here, young people live fast lives and won't wait forever people that they enjoyed to meet/fuck in parties and/or just for a few days in their lives.

People move on with their lives and try to make the most they can with it, I advise you to do the same and be more positive instead of focusing on "MC really meant nothing to the 1999 girls because they got pregnant with another guy quickly after" bullshit that isn't the first time you mention in this thread.

As to why, there are a couple of reasons I can think of:

1. MC gets the USB drive later in the story from someone in 1999 and Scarlett in the past is the girl other than Jenny that MC has gotten the closest to (and by my mental tally has had the most sex with). Jenny would be the most trusted to keep it but she's not around to keep it safe so he gives it to Scarlett, and she puts it in her keepsake box with other items related to MC.
2. Alternately, April got the USB drive from MC's dad in 1999 or sometime before the accident and gave it to her sister for safekeeping. Maybe the mix tapes/CD were also gifts from her sister and that's why they are in the box with MC's photos and other memorabilia from that period.
3. Another option is that masky appears to Scarlett in the past convincing her that he's MC (or his dad if that's who he is) telling her to keep it safe and hidden knowing that she would be around in 2019. MC has a relationship to her through her daughters, giving him a way to retrieve the USB drive at the right time.
4. Last one is that Asuka and Scarlett are both redheads and the universe requires them all to be together in order to keep things in quantum balance.

The source for all the songs is in the music app on the in-game phone. You can filter by episode. There is a link for a zip you can download of all the songs in episode 8.
Lately, I've been using a lot of AI for music because music creators, services, and subscriptions can all of a sudden want you to stop using their music, like what happened to Caribdis. You own the songs you create with AI, and I've been able to create songs that better match the scenes and what I'm going for. One of the songs, I even wrote the lyrics for. I was messing around with the new feature, and it turned out quite well, so I ended up using two different versions of that song in the game.

I legit thought those songs were made by real artist, I'm impressed you did job like this with them, written some of lyrics yourself, etc, and you even created link for people wanna download, thanks a lot for all effort, BTW if you don't mind me asking, which AI Program you used for it? Honestly it's impressed me, and I'm curious about it.
