Darci's scene would have advanced her story more but it's not like it won't happen in 2019.
Scarlett's could only happen in 1999. I'd still would have liked to participate in both threesomes the same night but I guess that'd be proper sci-fi.

I don't get the complain about Darci, you're free to not like her and don't romance her, she's part of the story though I can see how that can be annoying, but almost all books/shows/avns I like have characters I like less than others.
I rather have a character I don't like or even hate than one I don't even remember their name.
Anyway I like Darci a lot, and for me I don't even care if she has romantic feelings for the MC or not, I care that she is willing to have sexy fun with him, just hope that we had more but next update is bound to happen

And yeah discussing the girls is fine, and same as you I just don't get the hyperboles from a few here.

Darci has the potential to be the greatest character of any avn oat, also this game is also story wise potentially an all timer but this is all ruined by the short sighted dev, who wants the mc fuck 2-3 random ass girls every update and wastes crucial plot turns and time in doing so. Also he should remove the characters like Daphne , shelbys friend , and all of 99 girls except scarlett, jenny and luna coz they add nothing to the story and take up time that could be given to other LIs

I get where you're coming from, side characters take space/time that could be used for the main girls, but still I can't agree, I like side characters in general, for example in BaDIK I play for the side characters. And on Ripples I loved the Tori/Vanessa on last update for example, also on this game there's girls that I don't even know if they are considered side or main characters

I have to disagree with you about the scene with Scarlett.
She is a beautiful redhead hottie in 1999; in 2019 - she has only aged like a fine wine - and she remembers MC and misses him - he actually means something to her.
I'm still hoping that her friendship of more than 20 years with Tiffany will, in time, lead to a Tiffany/Scarlett 3sum since Scarlett has no issue with sharing MC with another woman!
The next rev will at least give us some great time with both Tiffany and Jessica so who knows who else gets to visit during some of that Tiffany time.

I love Darci a lot and also I believe she's been a victim of the current events of the story and the preconceptions of the people for the LI usual development. Starting with the fact that there's a lot of LI in this game, we have present LI and the past LI, some are also present in the MC original time and while I love them I also think Darci has had few moments to shine in the romance department I now I'll explain why that intertwineds with my second point; the character arquetype of Darci usually has this kind of structure: first we get to know how she interacts with the MC and everyone else, we see she has a barrier for the rest of the world but let in a few where she show love and vulnerability but in lower dosis, little by little you get to see other sides through normal interactions that scalates the skinship of their interactions or by helping her with the main conflict of their arc where she would let the barriers down; the thing here is that we had sooo much content like developing the plot and the other LI that the progression on Darci has been slow, I believe later on we will have those moments of vulnerabilty with her, maybe some pov of her struggles and inner toughts or desires.
What I'm trying to say is that she has't had the time to shine because she isn't that simple like some of the LI who are instantly nice to the MC (nothing wrong with that, just another dynamic of characters). Does this mean Ripples will have like 20+ chapters to develop a lot more? I don't think so but I do think we have a good portion of game to wait for and more scenes with Darce that may or may not change some minds, either way as long as everyone enjoys the ride I think we're good.

I love Darci, her character is what got me to the point of meeting the other great characters in this game. I don't know what your definition of obnoxious or toxic is, but I don't see how you can relate those descriptors to Darci. She's super cute and drunk Darci is hilarious. It's also sad to see people talk shit about Shelby, who is one of the best characters in this AVN.
