did the dev upload the wrong file i download the ver 12 update and when it unpacked it says ver 11 and ends when i get in bed like the ver 11 is this a joke or a mess up??

I just found this and was checking it out when I realized that it's been almost 3 months since it came out and since then there has been complete silence. Is this abandoned? I thought it was a really unique concept and am hoping it is not. I see no activity on his subsribestar page.
