Does the creator have any ways of transferring saves from earlier versions to newer versions?

You should just be able to copy your www/save folder from the old version to the new one.
If you wait until Eistos has moved from the Zeretheon Watchtower you can't talk to him for the quest with the guards in Vlester.
if you do the Gillas Bank quest beforehand then you won't be able to get the Bank's support for the Duke's Rival in Vlester.
Same. I really enjoy the game, but recently I can't quite follow who's who among the new characters.
he says something about inform Yuma about something ferox related.. But I did not saw anything weird in her room.
So. Unless I did it without notice about it I do not know what you can make with Ferox in the last update..

I don't know much about RPGM but is there a way to keep the save file elsewhere so saves are persistent without the copy and paste?

Not without 3rd party plugins. Adding in a plugin like that could possibly require players to start new games, or cause issues with existing saves. Currently, the most stable way to transfer saves, is to copy and paste/move the save folder.

I'm still surprised that the daughter came out more difficult to deal with her, this one is a whore in disguise hhahhahhahhahaha, I'm already looking forward to the Threesome with Ayumi.

I wonder what else is there. I got Hikari, the elf princess, the bedroom scene, part of the new castle, but what can I be missing? Also the quests of filling the coffers, unexpected meeting, and Yuma's corruption are still up and I have already done them. So are they bugged?

Depending on how olde your save is, the quests filling the coffers needed a patch to make it mark as completed in the journal. (What you see in the journal has no effect on gameplay, it only acts as a way to keep track of quests.) If you completed the quest before the patch came out, it might be stuck in your journal for the time being.
The quests unexpected meeting and Yuma's corruption are still ongoing in development, so they will be concluded at a later date.
I don't have any plans for it at the moment, but it has been requested a few times. It's not off the table, but if I were to implement something like that, it would be towards the end of the game/development when story conditions/reasons would allow for something like that. So, it's a "maybe" for now, depending on how much desire there is for that content when I would be able to add it in.

Where do i find the ayumi personal quest? Lack of hints to where it is though. I have been searching all the maps, did i miss something?

How do I advance Erina to Level 3? The quest says to talk to the gods in the church, and bothogos mentioned wanting to come along but talking to the gods in the church and bothogos does nothing.

Not mistaken you have to talk to misaki in the meeting room. In the hypatia castle one.
