I have the current version of 2.13. If you can help me with the 2 quests earlier mention that would be great.

Try the patch I provided in this post.
It should let you progress with the two new quests after you apply the patch, and exit and re-enter the meeting room.
For Misaki's favor, just interact with the orb/table on the left side of the player bedroom, and summon Misaki. For Yuma, it looks like you've already advanced her to level 3. Her level 4 content isn't in the game yet, so you're up to date on her quest. It looks like for some reason your game/system skipped the commands to update the journal, and remove her sprite, which won't impact gameplay. You should also install the patch I mentioned above, as it should help you advance other quests.

Place the map files in the patch in your game's www/data foider, and replace when asked.
i did notice several typos in the dialog, not enough to alter the script but can slow down the reading for some trying to understand what's meant to be said by a character
I have some problems with Ume's quests. I've convinced people in commercial & royal districts, but the NPCs in religious districts and church still aren't convinced. Something's wrong with my religious compliance?

Looks like your game didn't update your religious compliance properly. It should be the correct variable now in this save.

I have hikari on lvl 4 which seems to break ayumi's quest where she needs to be lvl 3 to unlock the bedroom scene
Also in the quest "hypatian unrest" I decided to arrest the dude in the bar (decided to go against the plot) and it seems to have broken the quest ??
Finally the quest "the ally" is stuck on "go to the otonirov" part and when I go there the noble in the room on the left asks if there is any developpments and that's all
There are also a couple of dialogs where the girls standing pictures stay after the dialog and you need to talk to someone else to remove them (maybe add a key item that cleans this on use as a failsafe)

Post your save, and I'll take a look at these issues, and see if I can find the source of them.
I'm seeing a potential issue with Terindus and Telind. I've spared him in my playthrough (with cheats, but also without previously) and it's not triggering the Scene in Telind's inn for an increase in compliance. He isn't even in the village as far as I can tell.

Terindus's event in Telind occurs at a higher compliance level than what you have in your save. Do a few more compliance events/quests for Telind, and you should get it eventually.
It looks like you've been going to the wrong bank. You need to go to the bank in Gilias, not the one in Vlester. Gilias is the city on the other side of the Zerethin wall. You should be able to progress the quest at that bank.
