How do i corrupt Yukako and Rina? It doesn't say how just that Misaki requests it. Do i need to play some more missions first?
Talk to Misaki in the War Room, I believe. She'll ask you who you want to corrupt. You tell her, she'll set something up. Once you see the event, you can then visit the target in the prison and choose the option Next Level. This will increase their corruption level. After that, I believe you have to conquer both the one town and the port city to increase their corruption further. Might be required to BEGIN their corruption but Idr.

It says I need to Establish trade from, other villages but so far the only ones willing are the succubi village and I already got them to trade. What am I missing here?
You should only need to talk to the succubus village shopkeeper, then go back to the Holmdow shopkeeper and report it. As you progress, you can expand the trade network a bit more. And some places require more compliance before they're willing to discuss trading.

I did all that and then expand the trade and it still shows that I didn't complete it. I started a new file and started over in case I messed something up.

I'm curious, does any members of my troop automatically heal my members when they are weak? Also, does this game have an option for auto battle?
They don't auto-heal, and there is no auto-battle option. Though if you interact with your throne after you become the Dark Lord that heals everyone in your party to full.
Though you can typically just hold spacebar for a lot of the less difficult combat encounters. Particularly for the fights that are just a whole bunch of single guys in succession.

Did I make a mistake somewhere? I already have Ayumi as one of my slaves and not in the dungeon anymore, how do i get to corrupt Yuma now? I can't talk to Ayumi in the dungeon anymore.

Man, you gotta love the stupidly huge maps that are mostly empty. Unironically peak amateur RPGM design, you can feel the soul in every wasted second walking around.
I want to see more info on our earliest slaves. We should have them interact with people who knew them beforehand to give them more character development.
You should have already corrupted Yuma to level 2 as part of the combination corruption event. You are on the "Wait for another opportunity" stage of this quest, and that only comes a ways into the content in the Capital City you're about to capture. Yuma's corruption happens very slowly, and even in the most recent update it's still not complete, this quest will remain open for hours more of gameplay.
Where are you in the game at this point? I think "The Plot" is the quest in the next town from where this image is, and you need to talk with Eistos in that watchtower or Bogthos in that town in order to progress the plot.
In the game folder, the "www" folder should have a "save" folder that has your saves in them.

Eventually, yes. She should be at level 2 at this point, and you get her to level 3 during an event in the Capital content. Her level 4 and Full corruption events aren't in the currently released content.
what is the max compliance for vlester have done all the quests but Misaki stills says it hasn't complied yet when I ask about recent events in the throne room and do you need rebel fights to get max compliance?
Vlester's max compliance requires a bunch of quests and Rina to be fully corrupted. Have you met the duke yet? If not, there's a guy standing in front of a doorway in the commercial district you need to talk to in order to kick-start that quest chain, but he only shows up after you get compliance to a certain point.
