There's many paths to the best ending including staying with Cora. I'm guessing you read the part where it tells you that the Argay jealous flag will close off the best ending for you. You only get that flag if you cheat on Rick with Argay and still bring Rick to the island. Best ending is behind not letting any of the main characters or family members die as well as a few more variables like not making Argay jealous and helping Jake with his business.
You should be able to get the good ending with divorce, Rick and or Cora cheating or them being loyal.

Tbh it's really forgiving no matter what. Even if the love variable is at 0 Rick and Cora still try and reconcile unless you directly make choices preventing it. If Rick agrees to go with her to Argay's island even minimum love Cora is really happy about it. You have to be playing as a real dick or choosing the divorce dialogue to get the divorce path

Yes, you were right, the wording on the guide translated into my language created some problems for me in expressing it incorrectly, sorry, but to move on to the game, perhaps what I really let slip about the game was that my task as a player is make Rick become a mafia boss, so I have to play mainly for that perspective, then the rest are secondary choices to help Rick himself in this step, all the characters can die since I understand including Rick, GAME OVER, that's why the road of divorce has to be done intelligently, get Cora to have an amicable divorce and get her to join ANGRY, from what I understand, this would lead to the marriage of the two, and at the same time Cora would make sure to help Rick even more just because Angry could be killed by the Romanofs, I only have a doubt that has given me food for thought, I ask others if they have noticed all this, I find it a bit contradictory, one of the key points of the marriage that goes badly from how Cora complains in continuation is that Rick made him live an electric life, with emotions and various extreme and exciting situations, now Angry, he is not the least bit adventurous like Rick, so much so that he limits himself to kissing her, he is always alone, he is a quiet man, who is with the mafia but in spite of himself, because they exploit him not because he is a mafioso, now my thought, you Cora are complaining that your husband was in a calm and boring area, so you want someone or as Bethh says, a protector, a predator, Rick has been rediscovering his original DNA ever since he started on the path of the villain, it has always been there, he says he didn't want to be like his father, but his actions always proved the opposite, but beyond that, sorry, but Cora you complain about the uneventful life since you got married, and now that Rick is finding himself, the man she fell in love with, she leaves him to get together with a weak and monotonous person like Anrgy, who is scared of his own shadow, and it is clear from how he behaves that he is weak, so what sense does the game give me in this contradiction, I don't understand it, taking into account that if the Romanofs win, Angry and whoever is with him, he is a dead man, You leave your protector for a doormat man, it makes no sense to me.

Dev told me when I asked earlier that even if you go for the Argay jealous route that you can have Cora turn him down at the island, although I haven't played the update yet so idk if we're there yet or not. Either way it's really up to the player. It seems it's more that Cora can't keep Argay if she sticks with Rick than the other way around but we'll have to see I guess.
Yes. An amicable divorce is a way to attain Argay as a long-term ally but might get Cora killed after they marry. Having Cora pump and dump Argay is a way to earn him as an enemy even though that seems to be through no fault of Rick's whatsoever. Rick isn't the jealous type but that is not a quality that Argay seems to share.

I'm thinking less pump and dump and more tease and cuck. Have Cora let him hold her hand, kiss her, make him think she's his just for her to bring her husband to the island and spend every free moment fucking Rick and ignoring arGay :KEK:

alternatively, have the game check for if Cora+Rick swinger foursome, then proceed with a route to make both Argay and Rick happy simultaneously.

It's not gay if it's in a 3way. ♫♫

Nope, straight outta the walkthrough

Even if Rick is fine with it it looks like Argay just plain isn't.
I'm not talking about a romantic relationship or separation, I'm just talking about an orgy.

The chapter on the island isn't completed if I understand correctly, so hope springs eternal.

I found this option very contrasting, Cora would leave Rick because she no longer finds him as enterprising as they were initially, for no other reason Cora lacks the protective side that Rick has, due to the marriage he has failed, but this can be resolved, so I wonder if he leaves Rick because initially in the game you have this problem, and then being with someone like Angry who is a loner, a scary person, and also a walking dead man, I can't understand this thing.

Angry is not a danger to Rick, he can only be useful if he marries Cora as an ally, such as a cover for his activities, or using the island as a safe haven, but not a man, Angry is fearful by nature, he pays with his cover the protection on casinos and hotels, but if the Romanoffs were to take possession, he is a dead man, the Crow says so, And also Agry himself to Cora on the boat, he remains alive if Rick or the current bosses are in command, but if they fall, the Romanoffs kill him first, precisely because the casino grounds etc. are the crucial point of the city.

On the good ending path Argay and Rick are allies. So for the good ending divorce path Rick would protect Argay and Cora in exchange for whatever he gets out of them. There's a lot more to Rick and Cora's problems then him being or not being a protector, and on the saved marriage paths there's a lot more to them reconciling than just Rick being a protector. They also make constant choices to prioritize each other and open up to each other. Rick being a protector won't save the marriage if he also doesn't open up to her or lend her the money when she needs it for example.

I'm pretty sure keeping Argay alive is key to the good ending whether Cora and Rick stay together or not. The walkthrough makes it pretty clear that he's an important ally to Rick.

Dev, please make it so we can rename the MC, personally I really like games where you can change the MC name.

Sorry, but that's one thing I'm not going to do in this game. I chose the name Richard because its meaning is "powerful," "hardy," "brave," and "strong ruler". And there are other things too. For example, Jake calls him Ricco because they both love Starship Troopers, and the name Rick is just one step away from Ricco. And it is in Chapter 10 that you will find out how Rick feels about The Mummy. Meaning and references are lost if the name can be changed randomly. Moreover, it is part of the concept. The character's name is as much a part of him as his face.

Oh, and if anyone installs the mod that does allow the name change, don't come to me saying it doesn't work properly. I did not make the mod, therefore I had nothing to do with it. I'm only writing this because I've had several people bother me with this. There were even people who left me quite offensive messages about it.
So the mod has nothing to do with me and what it allows goes against my creative intentions. Everyone use it at their own risk and with full knowledge of the above.

But the problem is not that Rick kills Angry, I think it will be the Romanovs who kill him as is the rule of wars between mafias, and the first to fall are always the weakest links, I just made an observation, Cora complains about Rick because since marriage it seems he has become much more of a couch potato, which in reality actually happens to many married men, then that principle of cora means that even the slightest situation exacerbates the situation, but what is the point of making this change in favor of Angry, who decidedly he's not an adventurer, or anything Cora looks for in a man for her Rebel standards, I find Cora very confused, even when she cheats on Rick she always shows remorse, this makes it clear when she's in love, I find Rick much colder on everything once he starts to taste the power, like father like son you could say, but Rick I think is superior in terms of brain.

As a good mafia boss, someone like Rick should have killed his wife for infidelity, so the plot of this game has little truth about delinquency, I suggest to the creator to only create sex scenes, because as a writer of story and plot, he honestly makes many mistakes , if you're talking about a common criminal, what Cora does can also be ignored, but if the game involves Rick's rise to Boss, then it's not tolerable, in which case the Boss decides to leave her and let her live or kill her, without saying the bullshit that they love each other, the story tells of two who had fun in college fucking, not for love, so they could also avoid it, those who show they love MC are only her Sisters, because I always put him at the top as first choice or only, although they know that he is married, Cora is instead addicted to pussy, perhaps the job beyond lawyer that she could have done was the whore for hire.
