OK, let me explain. The game has multiple protagonists, all being Orcs. Predominantly, there is the dark King of Orcs, which is given immense power, and then his subordinate Orc Mages that are leaders of squads. During the game plot, some orcs engage with village knights or castle knights and the squads battle the lady knights. Usually, as the leader, you play the minigame and if you win, you get first pick on the girl you like to rape, and then the rest of the girls get raped by the other Orcs. In other areas, you play as the Orc King, and you do the same thing, a battle minigame, where you can use your powers to win the battle, choose the girl you like, rape her and then share her with the rest of the Orcs. ALL THE GIRLS, will end up once conquered in your dungeon. There they are raped by nameless orcs, and you have first person or third person perspectives of the event. There is no cucking. You play as essentially all of Orcs. Try the game and you will see how natural it is.

I have been playing this can since the first chapter and since that time there has always been at least one image of a multiple having sex with one woman the cover image also shows going after one woman.
That should be warning enough.
The premises of this game has always been clear it's gangbang/gangrape, thing is there are no tags for that instead we have group sexand multiple penetration.
As for as i have seen no girls were stolen from a significant other there are almost no human males in this game and non of the orcs are in love with the girls which means no lover is being stolen.
NTR is ones lover being stolen, netorase/sharing is a lover sleeping with others while staying and sleeping with their partner usually with the knowledge of said partner.
But the girls in this case are not lovers, you can argue that these tags might apply with someone the male characters care about as well but the girls are the enemy the orcs just see them as tools to satisfy their hatred and desire.

So the NTR tag doesn't apply here.
As for netorase/sharing, like gangbang and gangrape there is no tag for that on this website and if it did it would not apply for this game either.
