Predominantly, there is the dark King of Orcs, which is given immense power, and then his subordinate Orc Mages that are leaders of squads. During the game plot, some orcs engage with village knights or castle knights and the squads battle the lady knights. Usually, as the leader, you play the minigame and if you win, you get first pick on the girl you like to rape, and then the rest of the girls get raped by the other Orcs. In other areas, you play as the Orc King, and you do the same thing, a battle minigame, where you can use your powers to win the battle, choose the girl you like, rape her and then share her with the rest of the Orcs. ALL THE GIRLS, will end up once conquered in your dungeon. There they are raped by nameless orcs, and you have first person or third person perspectives of the event. There is no cucking. You play as essentially all of Orcs. Try the game and you will see how natural it is.

The leader (protagonist) could keep the main women for himself and his harem without them being touched by others, and the other orcs could then have the NPC women. That would be a much better game.
