Seconded on what Tar77 said about the animations - the stills look great but the animations are very blurry. Render them overnight if you need to.
I also see you combined multiple animation loops into the same video, hence the clicking and skipping issue. Unless Renpy has more complicated alternatives where you loop segments of a video, you probably need to split the video into one per animation. For QoL it's best to have each animation loop indefinitely until the user clicks/spacebars, and when they click it should move onto the next animation.
Your still images are also HUGE at 5 megabytes per 1080p file - the bulk of your 3GB is in images rather than videos. I'm not familiar with the normal methods used but you should be able to heavily reduce those file sizes without reduction in quality.
