look under preferences you can disable rape there. but should warn you doesnt disable the lesbian rape. all lesbian content is non disable content

There is filters to avoid such content. I think there might be 1 Hetro scene you might not be able to completely I forget the dev told me several times and I always forget. But she isn't the main character you play as but this is primarily a lesbian game it more of a story building scene for later.

The oldest version I have of ROA is 0.2.1.6b-pc. That version of the game is using the newest RenPy available (other than beta versions) which is Ren'Py 8.3.7. Check which version of RenPy was used in your copy of the game (in the log.txt file). If that says that Ren'Py 8.3.7 was used, then the saves should work just fine. Changing RenPy versions is usually the cause of saves failing to work. That should not happen for a long time, if ever at this point.

A couple of things to say:

Paper Tiger (the dev) has been given the ultimatum from Steam that he cannot post ANYTHING on F95 .
This may be figured out later.
For now, he is concerned about this because there are always questions and he does not want to ignore everyone here.
For now, I will try and answer everything (time permitting) and post everything of significance that is
coming up, as long as Paper Tiger is okay with it.

The last update was so short that Paper Tiger has decided to delay and make a larger and more high quality update.
I can tell already that the game is improving very rapidly and looks better all the time.
Be prepared for a few new surprises also with a certain side character that was not originally going to have more content.

There are some new animations and they look fantastic.
Since I am a complete perv, of course I liked them... a lot.
The story continued... after my cold shower .

He is still working on this full time, so there will be more later...

Alright, Steam just caved to PayPal, and is forcing me to remove a scene in the current version, and one that was planned for the upcoming update.

To add to that, they added an authenticator to my account, without me requesting them to do so, this forced me to download the mobile app to sign in, which flagged my account as a new security change, which means i can't even upload a corrected build for the next 72 hours, because they're actively blocking me from doing so.

Those that have had their games removed- from what i understand - have had it removed with no warning, and no chance to correct the offending content.

The way I see it, Steam is now holding people accountable to a rule they did not agree to, and offers zero chance at redemption. THEY violated the contract, not me ... so fuck em.

If they have a problem with me interacting with F95, they can eat my ass.

To be fair, the term "force" was a knee-jerk panic moment. But it became an exceedingly good idea to remove nonconsensual content, with Steam now being in bed with MasterCard. I have stated that - once/if im certain that MC isn't gonna make a move to ban all games with it - then i'll bring it back. Until then, it'll have to stay specific to the supporter versions.

The last free update was. The last Steam update was 4 months ago, and the newest update should be ready in relatively short order.

To be clear though, unless Steam and I have a complete break in our relationship (which isn't off the table right now), i still can't post free updates here. But I'm not gonna let them gag me, not when they are just gonna start changing rules behind my back, without even so much as an email or any other form of communication whatsover.

Yeah this puritanical nonsense is seeping into everything. But like ive said a few times now ... i'm only gonna let them do this to me once. Steam income is nice for helping pay for voice acting and other freelance work, but i was buying that out of pocket for 2 years before i went to steam. I'll go back to doing that if I must. The only thing that stops me from making this game is an untimely death XD

As i stated with bobo, unfortunately i still can't post free updates, not unless I pull the game from Steam. But if they pull this shit again, I will do exactly that.

If they can have their fake moral principles, then I will stand by my real ones.
