Like I said, he has different names at itch.io. similar to antlyon. There are weightgain games, or just inflation. And once I saw some new project in 3D.

Could've been Google Translator, it sometimes offers to translate entire page when you're on Chrome. It would explain tons of other similar cases (and why nearly all of them break the quote formatting).
