There are perks. The Rear Guard Robo Horse unloads a RIDICULOUS amount of cum in one go compared to the others, just to name an obvious one.
I had a quick attempt at hacking the files and there's almost no code in the .swf files themselves, my guess is, it's either in the globals2.bin file, which a quick look revealed nothing easily understandable, or in the .exe itself, which is the kind of hacking I am not getting into
at this point your best bet is asking the developers or testing all dicks yourself

I don't want to wipe my save to test, but I'm 90% sure that particular skin needs to be unlocked with the ''More Playmates'' achievement(since it isn't exactly a normal skin).

I thought you meant the "Extras" button in the HHHW game menu and was about to get mad, but then I remembered...
The downloads on the OP are split between the "main" game - HoracesHoarseHorseWhores (HHHW) - and all the rest of RC's flash games (Extras). Or you can download "All" to get everything. So, yeah, the Extras downloads are just more games and other stuff from RC.
It's not super clear, and I think some of the HHHW download links go to the old version.

if you mean hhhw there should be options to reset certain segments or delete the whole save file if you want.
