Given this has basically EVERY protagonist tag, and no explanation of that in the description, could someone tell me what the actual protagonist structure of this game is, before I waste my time on a game where I'm forced to play a dude?
Is it create your protagonist? Choose protagonist? Gender Bender? Play both a guy and a girl?

I keep trying to actually get into this every few months but it seems impossible. I'm not sure if the story is meant to be a joke on purpose or if it's some super 5d chess type of thing but basically nothing makes sense. Relationships between characters are skin-deep and you can have sex with anyone the first time you meet them - that's fine but they have no reaction to the fact that you had sex in the past, there are no reactions to pregnancies, there are no variations in the scenes (other than "do you want this to be anal or vaginal? doesn't matter the scene is literally the same except we replaced anus with vagina and gave you pregnancy chance), as far as there might be a plot (unclear if there is one) it seems to be "you gotta do side quests for your homies".
Unsure if it's unfinished content or if there's some ways to do it, but there are some dialogue options in the prologue that you literally are incapable of achieving. The "retire early" option i understand - it's for cheaters. Letting the massage go through into naughtiness in the prologue? Technically an option but literally unachievable. Heck I've tried cheating just to see if I was missing anything, no amount of stat changes allows you to pick that, and you can't get whatever skill is required in the prologue.
It's a shame because the game's got a pretty in-depth skill system, movement and interaction systems are also pretty well designed, you can end combat before it begins by attacking enemies with ranged skills. But it just feels like some empty sandbox with nameless "have sex with this one" dummies. For a title as lofty as "lords and loyalty" i'd imagine there would be /some/ focus on the narrative but no, it seems to be just quick meaningless sex & meaningless pregnancies (so that they can have the pregnancy tag in there) and random combat with random enemies.
A shopkeeper mentions he might have different sex options if you visit him after his shift is over but the game doesn't have a time tracking system so that's just an empty promise, a bunch of enemies are your enemies for literally no good reason ("who?" moments all over), and the dialogue seems to be just made to take the piss on everything. Which I guess is fine if you're making a comedy but it's unclear what's supposed to be funny about the game either. It's not a parody - like I said the game systems are actually pretty well designed.

It kinda seems like you managed to miss some of the plot. I like the game but the sprawling game design does make it easy to miss stuff like that. One thing it does have is one of my favorite depictions of a sapient mimic ever. Just a weird alien fixation on blending in.

If i remember correctly you need to unequip that one ring. Or any other item with life resist.
I agree with you on a lot of your points,but you can achieve the naugtiness in the prologue depending on your species choice
some get bonus stats as innates

Most of the games content was cut to avoid the game becoming a development hell mess instead of a short mess. As the dev was bored with the game by then(due to the end of the game originally being the first act of the game.) The writing (at least from my playing experience) was intended to be a semi serious porn game

Clearly the dev knew the game would become another Patreon milking game if he didn't rush out development. So the game dev is respectable in that regard.
I don't know if I agree, does rushing the game and ending up with barely any consistency make the game better than it would be by taking it slow, adding content over time?
How is rushing the game to something that was unintended and barely has any meat to bite into any different from abandoning the game?

I got bored after recruiting the necromancer tbh. As a hetero woman this game's content is minimal. There's some but, for example, the males tend to be fruity bi with a *clear* male preference. The cat almost vomited on me for daring to have a vagina, a simulated sex fights have quite the stats squewed (dicks, ass, hates breasts, hates cowgirl yada yada) towards male preference. This game is CLEARLY meant to be played as bomttomish bi male.
spells are utility
funnel the baddies into doorways when you can so they can only attack one at a time
if you cant a spell will apply DOT or stun
wait till the baddies are grouped up to do it
play around with the spells in different situations to learn how they work
wind/force is my favorite
