050201 in the op has the most content but no cheats
5.0 silver has slightly less content but with cheats
the one i linked myself (050201 silver) has the content plus cheats so it's the better version lol

That really doesn't help me if it constantly bugs out. If memory serves, my issue was not being able to talk to someone I should talk to the moment I have to talk to them.
