Read the thing, he kind of says it himself.
Ask him, maybe if enough people do so he's add them.
He did say a while ago that he will add more poses later on, but the problem (according to him) is making the art for the clothes for each new pose, as he is not the one making them.

He did say he won't get help with the coding in the foreseeable future. One thing he thought about is commissioning trickier systems that take more time. Donating more won't speed it as much as you'd hope, sorry Mr. High IQ
He is using this game to learn how to code, as he gets better it'll be faster. If I remember he even explicitly said he will not hire any coders. For now we'll have to make do with this pace, maybe he'll get the hang of it sooner or later.

I'm sorry, but coding isn't like running or swimming where you get better by doing it more. Unless he reads books about design patterns etc. to increase his skill, he will stay the mediocre programmer he is now and he will keep doing copy/paste/adjust work to add extra girls at the same slow rate.

What the hell does"enough money" and "a lot more coders" mean? You need to look on some other VN Patreon projects if you don't understand the cost of hiring coders. People aren't going to suddenly dump hundreds of dollars a month on a porn project they have no control over just to see it finish faster. That's insane. If he continues to do good work, his fanbase will steadily grow. Have patience. Also, wouldn't practicing on something else slow down game development even more?
How to use the console? Lost my save cause of nonsense, even though i don't mind redoing the save it's just a hassle and a half.

You didn't answer the question. Hypothetically speaking, if you were Oni and you needed money for programmers. What would be your stretch goals? Do you even know how much you pay each programmer? What you're saying basically translates to "I have no concept of development, cost, and employment, but I want everything to go exactly as I imagined." This is further supported by the fact that you think four years is enough for a person who does this on a side project to draw, animate, code, write dialogue for, and possibly more, for "the whole school." Remind me again how many mutants are in the school? If everything's so basic and redundant, why don't you go do your own X-men VN thing? It's not like he's doing anything unique here. I mean your opinion matters so much that some people would be willing to throw hundreds of dollars Oni's way just because you asked for it, right?

In reality you only need to higher a single professional to manage his code base part time. I argue the amount of art, dialog, and other gameplay features that needs to be thought up take more than 50% of the work he does. The coding in this game is a lot compared to the usual RPGMAKER or Renpy games. There's a lot of systems in place, and everything sorta works together coherently. I'd argue the only other game that has this level of complexity is maybe Kingdom of Deception. But even in that game, it's a much less fluid game than this one. This is a very very well done game. Only other I can think of that has this many variables effecting gameplay and dialog is the Huntsman slave maker game.
Oni is still a very admirable developer. Compared to a majority of these patreon developer types, the work he does is excellent. The progression of the game is good, the girls are drawn to normal proportions, the Love and Obed system works well and has corresponding dialog.
If the current pace works for him, as in his Patreon is happy and he's happy with the money he's making, what will make him WANT to find another dev to work with him?
Oni, if you're reading this, I'm willing to work for free and take a look at your code base. Maybe teach you some better coding practices, or refactor some of the spaghetti you've written.

Actually, I played Holiday Island yesterday and I believe this game and HI have a lot in common.
You go to certain locations at certain times and girls show up at random and you can have different interactions at different locations which increase or decrease stats. You can have up to nine girls on the island and dismiss some and ask for new ones.
Why? Because there is a framework underneath that handles this. If you want to add a girl all you need to do is add the art and set her characteristics. You want to add a new interaction, add the art/animations and enable the interaction for that specific girl. It really can be that simple.
