As far as I understood, it means from that point onwards you can control their wardrobe in a more "dominant" manner. You can ask them to wear something different prior to this, but it depends on how much they like you and they won't give you control over all weekdays.

Hey, at least with these slow releases, one learns how to min-max the game, lol. As it turns out, they're all pretty much sluts from the get go. You can have sex with Rogue day 1. You can have sex with Laura the very first morning you meet her. You can have sex with Emma as soon as you've cleared the "classroom masturbation encounter"-event.

The only one who takes a little bit more time is Kitty. Like day 2 or 3 from when you meet her (which I think is day 5, right? so day 7 or 8).
