Is Laura's look supposed to be based off an existing character from somewhere since she doesn't look like her Evo counterpart? She sorts of reminds me of Zoey Kush....
Her comics version. Not sure how many of those she has, but the comic version was used on her Marvel vs Capcom 3 model.
She is older in the comics, has lighter skin and a darker backstory. A backstory that I remember RLE Laura mentioning in a conversation.
The original Evo version had darker skin than... both the main cast and both parents (makes sense since she was geneticaly modified too), and was much younger than even Kitty.

anyone know how to unlock the nickname daddy with each girl? Ive done every action at least once and maxed out their stats and so far just kitty has come and asked for that

Love over 750, Obedience & Inhibitions over 500. However, if their stats are high enough to trigger higher nicknames, those will trigger first. And "you haven't fucked me recently" scenes take precedent over nickname scenes. And addiction fix scenes take precedent over "not recently fucked" scenes. And you can only trigger one nickname for each girl per day. And you can only trigger 2 scenes per time period (2 different girls) if you play perfectly. It can take quite a while.
It is funny how Jean's "fake inhibition" affects things.
After meeting the prof, I can have full naked sex with her anywhere.

Well, before you are sent to his office he will stop you from going too far in public with a girl. Each girl needs to have him not doing it unlocked separately.
But even beyond that, each girl has their own limits on how far they go and on how public the place they let you push them towards there. But after enough is done they become exhibitionists... save for Jean, who already counts as one.
Their personal limitations in plublic is based on their Inhibition value.
Jean has a different Inhibition calculation.
While she seems to start with it super high, she has a hidden value that is subtracted from it in some interactions. As you "increase" her inhibition, that hidden value is secretly lowered.
Which ends in, with her visible Inhibition, we can have sex in public freely after unlocking it with the prof...
But thanks to the hidden one, she is too shy to finish a personal striptease, in private.
(Or at least not when she is touch-hungry from addiction, didn't test just visiting her room and asking for one yet.)

Lara, Storm, and maybe Kitty. Just about all their turn around faces look bad. Also Lara especially has hips and thickness, yet when she turn around she flat as a whistle same with Storm.
