No, I don't realize because I've seen so many messages of yours going nowhere that I just skimmed through them. Furthermore, infinite stamina has little value when you can focus and take longer to cum, the time period will end by the time you're on your fifth of earlier and the sex scene will finish, also giving you one more coom point. And going to sleep will recharge all of them.
I think Prime had a way of replenishing stamina, tho. You might wanna look it up, although as far as I know, it only adapted up until 1.4e, which means no 69, no Betsy and no fatfur monster. If you can live with that.

Thank god XMod is standalone, by the way. Apparently my PC is allergic to using UnRen and RPAExtractor on this game's specific archive.rpa for reasons that I don't care enough to troubleshoot, or want a nerdy explanation on how to possibly fix it.
