The cheat enabler requires a windows machine to make it work. It's a .bat file, which is a Microsoft Windows command prompt batch file. At the very least, you'll need a windows machine to run it and apply it's changes to the game files. Once that's done, you can then load the altered game into joiplay. But if you don't have access to any windows machine at all, the cheat enabler is a no go.
If you have access to a linux or, even a mac OS machine, there is a linux version of the cheat enabler (of which, I am the author). But a mac OS takes more work to apply than linux.
From the prime mod thread:
That installation requires the file be downloaded and then placed into the game. But the prime mod won't do infinite stamina/money that you're looking for.
Ok Then why did you give me a solution that i can't use do to not having a pc ?
At least give me a solution that i can use on mobile(not pc) if you don't have one then don't answer and step back from this conversation ok

Can you blame me a game i play on joiplay mobile have cheats to make thinks easy but unfortunately i can't use those cheats why because I DON'T HAVE A PC to activate them

Look man, I only used cheats once on my first date with this game, doesn't matter which platform you're playing but you can easily gain characters points and earn money.

Pretty much. If you want to blame someone, blame google. Every OS started with having command line and scripts available as well as the file system freely accessible. Because google wanted to lock people into their tech paradigm, they made it so that nothing on android is easily accessible. As such, no one can easily write scripts or programs for android devices (or iOS devices) without jumping through a ton of hoops, sometimes paying money, just to make free programs for people to use.
TLDR; Google saw that people had computers that gave them freedom and accessibility and they went "What if we took that away from them so we can make money off of them?" And people bought into it because it was easy and free. As the saying goes. "Nothing's more expensive than free."
