Wtf? why another Jean? I start thinking Oni is just a fucking troll, first Gwen, later Dooren, now a clone of Jean, even a classic 80's Rogue make more sense.

Go to the options, theres a toggle that blocks new girls from appearing.
Oni can draw some good stuff.... but he can also draw complete eldritch abominations that would make Cthulu blush.

I guess oni felt the game needed more milf characters, can't say I blame the man but surely there must be better options already in the x-men universe?

Saves in-between versions tend to break scripts, start over. The next girl should be Kitty on your way to classroom on day 2, or maybe Wanda anywhere if enough days have passed, not sure.
