Not having rollback to choices is an annoyance that will only drive people away who won't put up with it but don't know how to circumvent it. I often use it because the choice text isn't always very clear about what is gonna be said, and forcing a player into a choice they didn't intend isn't gonna make them want to keep playing.
Minigames are also annoying and should be skippable, but forcing them AND NOT PROVIDING THE PROPER KEY TO PLAY THEM is a really bad design choice. I had to go through the VR game constantly using rollback because the colors of the target listings in the game did not correspond to the colors on the bodies of the players in the renders before the game, and nothing was ever outright said about what was where. Yes, I wrote it down ahead of time and after the first round I threw the note out and just figured out how to do the rollback method faster. And if rollback was disabled there, I would have stopped playing and found some other AVN.
I'm guessing the dev is not a native speaker, some of the phrasing is odd but the thing that jumps out is when "I am" gets find/replaced when it is the whole sentence, or an answer to a question. "Who is gonna do X?" "I'm." Editing fail.
There are two ladies (Natalie and Felicia) who get added to the Data app on the phone that you supposedly meet at the library. But they get added whether or not you stay and take shrooms, instead of ditching this annoying "best friend" character before even meeting him and going off with Kate who is much nicer.
The whole mc_van (vanity?) and mc_cor (corruption I assume) are an ok theory but in practice they are gatekeeping those choices (to tease or flirt) with that character; you have to have gathered enough points spread out among several LIs. But if you aren't as interested in the ones that have been introduced so far, or haven't been given enough options with with one(s) you do like, then you're shit outta luck.
I like most of the characters, but I gotta say that Kendra is not very sympathetic. If you lack the milf kink she's got nothing going for her. The ONE time she's a little bit kind to Myra is when Myra is leaving for her first day. Every single other interaction is conflict that she handles poorly. I didn't end up unlocking a single image in her gallery from my choices with her.
The "best friend" character, Kevin, I immediately didn't like and avoided everything he offered. Writing an extrovert foil for the MC is fine but you gotta give them a personality that an introvert would put up with. Reading the backlog of text messages with him, and as the game progresses, all he does is be passive-aggressively judgemental about MC's hesitation to be social, or give the MC shit if he doesn't comply with Kevin's plans, which he isn't forthcoming about. "You suck, don't worry, I'll fix it." "You're unfuckingbelievable." "Ditch your friend before taking it." "What a waste." By the time I see him in person for the first time, I want nothing to do with him and walk away as quickly as possible. (Hope there was nothing important to the plot in that Cleopatra VR or whatever he was trying to show you.) There is nothing in any interaction with him that shows why he's your best friend.
I'm glad Myra is deciding to move out (no one should live at home while going to college!!!), but I really wanted to suggest she sign up for the dorm room when it was offered to her when she first arrived. Instead the MC just turns it down for her when it wasn't his place to speak at all, which makes it even worse. Since its part of the plot that that final fight between Myra and Kendra has to happen, instead of the MC talking out of turn, Myra could ask to delay the decision or something. But really, as the receptionist said, since the room is included for free, there is ZERO reason that Myra wouldn't just jump on that and say "Yes!" in the moment. Even if just to have a place to store books so she doesn't have to haul everything around each and every day.
I also didn't understand why the MC didn't immediately warn Myra about ... Blaze? Luna's brother, whatever his name was, when they first see him near the reception desk, or later in the lab when he gets booted from the project. The MC warned her on the way to college in the car that there were bad people there, he should have pointed that prime example out as soon as possible.
