Dunno if it helps you guys with your problem. I deinstalled Geforce experience and it started working for me. had the same "Now Loading" error. Now it works fine. hope it helps

I imagine its a placeholder for something in the near future, for now i think it servers no other purpose. Having played through the entire game, i haven't even come across mention of it, aside from appearing on the map from the castle area overview.

You don't it's unmarked, just enter the house and go down the dungeon.
