Unless you use the mod you won't have all the scenes in the gallery.

They only appear when you unlock them and you won't be able to unlock them all on one character.

I see a lot of fetish since this is the type of game that shaped by the patron. Wonder if it possible to avoid them and only go for the vanilla scenes.
