I think the majority of the sex is separate from alignment, so you'd only be missing times where it would be contrary to being a "good" character.
The same applies to companion alignments, which can also affect things outside of their sex scenes.

Personally I think there are far too many unclickable objects (that should logically be clickable) and rooms without any interaction. The world is BIG, but emptish.
So the content is vast, but not compact. I mean you will play 2 chapters and you will already notice the vast amount of things, but mostly main plot things.
This is NOT legend of queen opala where you could go back to a visited place and logically find new things waiting there. This only happens after the game chapter completes.
Some scenes are triggered after certain quests complete, but I still wait for more quests/interactions in your own brothel or inn (maybe 2 scenes so far) or the beach etc. So you conquered the iron general lady. After 5 main quests you go back and ... nothing. You wasted 4min travelling there. Checking on the dragon is also a waste of time (unless the next chapter will have content). Generally, you finish sidequest, you may ignore the location and quest giver.
Exploring the castle takes way to long time. I've spent about 30min in total searching for the CG (random activation on entering room) for the glory hole (no one there. Maybe only for female MC?).
Protip1. Go to your room (in castle) a lot between main quests. You go to sleep and CG. Sometimes 5times in a row.
Protip2. Quest markers in Castle are a great help. You know there to go and interact. BUT sometimes quests and CGs do NOT have quest markers (the big "!" on the mini-map)

Content-wise, I think it's OK, but you can notice the better CGs (added by later versions) for the male MC as, even at early game stages, there are futa/gay optional stuff. You not always know that you have just clicked yourself into a boy rape cg...
There are bugs (quest log for me, soldiers not trainable, lost sieges on my maxed out castle), but you can mostly ignore those.

Thank you for the reply, I get what you mean by that but what I kinda meant is --- Paladin, Farmer, Noble, Thief -- which of them has more content origin wise( for example does the noble origin have more missions or quests than the farmer origin one?)

In the quest corrupted sands you have to travel to Yakotin but whenever I try to go there my character gets turned around and sent to the mountains above Xas instead, how can I fix this?

There's no NTR in this game. Everyone is free and mostly use their freedom to fuck everything. If you have an issue with promiscuity (which, again, is not NTR) then you can generally avoid the scenes. Sometimes by cockblocking the participants, sometimes by just looking away. In the latter case they do happen off-screen.

I deliberately went with Male Noble as your (dead) father is a badass and your mother owns the brothel and later gives it to you. She also have an unique scene with her son.
Content wise, I played all intros first some versions ago, but I decided to stick with the Noble origin. The sword I got "Sabre" was good for the next 10h of gameplay.

But I did get error on startup (file not found etc, so press F5).
Screenshot was made, but I lost it somehow. I solved the problem by copy-paste contents of img and icon from the previous version of the game, but I hope I won't miss something.
At first I tried to copy only the one file (img/system/IconSet.png) but then after restart other files appeared in the error message.

But now the Cheat Plugin does not work in this version.... help (teleport and noclip helps this game a lot). It worked on previous one.

Depending on what you see as ntr or don't like sharing as you said, then this isn't the game for you, since some of the stuff can be stopped from happening but not everything.
