Yes, it is because it ends after act 3 rolls credits and goes back to main menu.
I know im a lurker but maybe somebody could be that nice and post a save after Act 1 or Act 2 ?

This may be a somewhat stupid question considering the tag for it not being there, but is there ACTUALLY any pregnancy/impregnation content in the game?

Female PC can get pregnant from a few fuck sessions. Male PC can get Meredith and Ruksana pregnant.
