Ok can anyone talk about anything good the update added/did I know most everybody is upset about the bugs which every game has when big update drops and AI "art" being bad but to me it just made everything meh. Yeah it's not good but it can't be all bad right?

I am not having good luck generating consistent images and art styles. I found the way how to generate consistency across images; right now every output has slightly different background, different props, different lighting, etc. Will have another 6+ hour block of free time on Tuesday. The AI part is mostly for remaking art, especially early game, that was considered bad by mostly everybody. Some mediocre and even some ok scenes were hit too, but mostly it hit the already trash ones anyway. The new-new content is not AI made (from what I gathered anyway), people are just coping and seething over AI again.
Download and instal RPG-Maker-MV-Cheat-Menu-Plugin-master, press f9 ingame and change switch 4671 to On

Imagine spending 2+ years just to make your game worse
Quite frankly, there are no good ones. When it comes to AI "art", at least right now, it's just the matter of how polished this or that turd is.
This whole mess wouldn't happen if the devs just give a toggle to allow people to pick if they want the old or the new AI art. Everyone would be happy.
Personally, I think some of the art really should be replaced–by other artists or AI. But this is bound to be a point of contention–"good" and "bad" art are very subjective. Just give us a damn toggle and let us pick what we want to see.
If nothing else, the dialogue has gotten better. More lore and stuff.
Quest log is somehow even worse than before. This is amazing. It takes an amateur to make a terrible quest log that doesn't work half of the time, but it takes a master to make that even worse.

Yes, they should have spend a bit more of that patreon cash and have their resident artist redraw those scenes. Love him or hate him, he already done most of the scenes in the game. Instead they even "remastered" some a few pics by that same artist, pics that were of pretty much the same quality as the newest art.
I haven't paid much attention to which artist does which scene. What about the new scenes, are they hand-drawn (by which artist?) or AI?
Thankfully it seems that new scenes are all hand-drawn. I don't know the name of the artist, but if you played the game before you know him, the bulk of the CGs are his work and he's got a very cartoony style.

Very good that any old save works in the new version, any pious soul could lend a full save for the people?
i am having problems where i get stuck in the interface or other parts of the game and become unable to leave it might be the problem described in the troubleshooting part of the first page of the thread but the thing is for a computer noob like myself the explanation on how to fix it is not very helpful i know i have to move it to the hard drive folder but as to which hard drive folder i do not understand telling me to move it to c/d/e drive folder is not very helpful when i don't even understand what folder that is and where it would be located it is like having someone telling you to drop off a package at a certain house but giving you zero information that could be used to find the house except that it is somewhere in new york

I absolutely disagree. The original one isn't the best art in the world, but it's better than the AI one, but as with most things, does come down to personal preference. There are some where the AI art is better, but the tentacle one sure isn't it. And I say that as someone that dislike the AI artstyle, it tries too hard to be 'real\3D', contra cartoonish\aristic. I'll take the original tentacle style, over the AI style anyday, but would definitely prefer the AI over the low-effort paint-looking ones.

My folder has edited starter saves from Save Slot 2 to Save Slot Save Slot 13. I skip Save Slot 1 because that's where the game autosaves. They are edited starter saves for each origin (male/female, farmer/thief/templar/noble/soldier/wizard). The saves start in each origin's introduction; with pregnancy content on.
The saves start out with a Cheater's Gem. Which can be accessed from the player's item menu and used on the player. To increase player speed, and allow the player to skip combat from the player's special menu during combat rounds. I also added gold, valor gems, affection gems, morality gems, and one Reality Gem. The Reality Gem allows you to rename your character once. To suit your naming preference.
I also included two edited gallery saves; where the PC is in the castle before the gallery. In Save Slot 20 for femPC and Save Slot 21 for malePC. Just be aware those edited gallery saves are buggy, and can result in crashes. I used the gallery unlock switch for these saves. The base game's gallery is not 100% functional sadly.
Hopefully, that helps out people who miss the cheat function from the previous versions. And allows other people to quickly see the game's gallery. If they don't want to do a whole playthrough.
Edit(7/11/23): Some people's Windows Defender's are getting a false positive for a Trojan Script/Wacatac.B!ml for my save files. There is a work around for this, as Windows Defender occasionally gets this issue.

And the worst update of the year goes to.... Don't get me wrong, the AICG is terrible, how you can be one of the top earners on patreon then do that blows my mind but whats even worse is after ALL this time the gallery STILL doesnt work. Like even if it worked it would still be an inferior version of Redknights mod, as it doesnt have previews with it. You would think that after the mediocrity of Arenus they would at least send this off with a decent update.

Hopefully all the arts will be consistent one day. Whether they all turn into AI or someone else re-draw them all into one artstyle. The latter most likely not gonna happen so i hope they at least polish the images generated by AI
